Hard to believe located in land-locked Colorado but I have yet to find better sushi on either coast and some abroad locations. The restaurant is so popular for dinner on and around the weekend that service really suffers as every table is full all night regardless. Wait is typically only 30-45 min or so around dinner and lunch is fairly slow with lots of open tables. Price is not cheap but also not outrageous based on food quality. The Service is hit or miss. We were told by the waitress to let her know when we were ready to order, it was really hard to get her attention after that. Once our food was ordered it came quickly. We were treating a couple who frequently dines there. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our friends recommendations for appetizers and the amazing entrees.
