  • "Great Food Lobster roll was amazing!!! so fresh Server knew it was my Birthday, and brought me a dessert on the house, very nice and good surprise!! Drinks were good...but a tad pricey....$12 for a ceaser...may not have been worth it for the drinks (but food was great and not too expensive)"

  • "First experience a few years ago Service-not bad Food-horrible Facilities-ok Second experience Food-good Service-good Facilities- horrible I think that they should invest in a bathroom attendant. I had to leave and go to another restroom."

  • "I really enjoyed e11even. Did not know what to except, I only chose it because of its proximity to the ACC. WOW! So glad we went there! The service was exceptional, friendly interested in us, but not overly intrusive. She gave us some great advise on wine and entrees. Try the in-house made ricotta appetizer."

  • "Had a great booth at the back of the restaurant. I have been here in groups of 2-20 never disappointed. This trip my one son and I had the steak frites both were outstanding! My other son had the rib steak that was great too....perhaps the best bread in the city... easy to tell that we are carbs and meat people... we will go again and perhaps try something different....not!"

  • "I have been to this restaurant many times, usually at lunch and am always astonded at how poorly trained the servers seem to be, however this time was the exception. Our server was friendly, knowledgable, attentive, made suggestions and really made me and my guests feel great. Even the food was very good this time, my past experience has been very average."

  • "As a vegetarian I don't often find very much on a menu that I like - the same goes for this restaurant, however I ordered two side dishes (which, when totaled were more expensive than a main!) that were prepared to perfection! It is too bad that they do not favor vegetarians. They have a very unappetizing chopped salad - tiny pieces of lettuce that slide off the fork - which is why I ordered the sides. It was the excellent preparation of the side dishes (sauted mushrooms and grilled asparagus) that made me give this restaurant a better than average review. If I had to go on the salad it would have been quite the opposite."

  • "Spectacular all around. 4/5 menu pricing, apps $15-20, steak $45. Very nice ambience."

  • "We had 4 different dishes at our table, all of which where amazing. Saw a few dishes being served to other tables, that looked equally amazing and will go back sometime soon to try them!"

  • "This review is not about the restaurant but the Open Table booking process - I had trouble getting the time I wanted when I booked. However, when I arrived it was clear that the restaurant had plenty of free tables and did for the remainder of the night. Not sure what the issue was."

  • "The food, service and ambience exceeded expectation. Would definitely return!"

  • "The service at E11even was fantastic. One of the somaliers came over to talk about the wine and wrote down some other suggestions for comparable wines for us, which was very nice of her. And our server brought out a dessert with a candle in it for my partners birthday without me having asked for it (I indicated in my online reservation that it was dinner for his birthday after the Leafs game), which was extremely nice!"

  • "Never been here before but decided to eat here before a Leafs game because of it's location from parking and the ACC. Must say the food was excellent and service was just as good. Although the price was a little higher, I'd definitely go back again. Thank you for a great experience. David"

  • "I went to e11even with a couple of coworkers to celebrate finishing up a big project. Many places in the downtown core are crowded and noisy and impossible to have a conversation in. e11even was busy but the atmosphere was open and the noise level was perfect. The food was delicious, service was good, and I would definitely go there again."

  • "I had the octopus salad and ravioli. Both were excellent! Bread and parm fries are soo good here!! Only complaint is that most of the wines on wine list were really pricey."

  • "We had a very positive experience at this restaurant and we would not hesitate to return, or to recommend it. We got there for our reservation, they seated us in a spot we did not like, nor requested on our reservation. We asked to be moved and there was no hesitation, we were moved to a window seat. The waiter was quick at our table to help us out and take our order. We thoroughly enjoyed everything that we ordered. The only downside was that everything was served much too quickly, we were not even there for an hour. We had hoped to spend more time there and have another glass of wine and dessert, but, we were so stuffed we couldn't do that. The meal was pricey. The quality of everything was very good. We would definitely return."

  • "While in Toronto on business, I had an opportunity to eat at e11even twice. If I am choosing he restaurant, it's always e11even. It seems that most people have favorites on the menu. Mine is the fresh oysters and lobster cobb salad. Service is good and not too much. Wine choices are nice and always ready to recommend a wine."

  • "I think that the caesar salad was a bit bitter in tasting; one thing ive noticed with more fancy restaurants is that they always try to overdue something as simple as a caesar salad - basic caesar dressing will do! So that it can at least taste like caesar salad. I had the house made ravioli which was ok and i tasted the salmon which was really good. I also tried the parmesan fries which were ok but tasted a bit burnt and i think they should have actually melted the cheese on it. Overall it wasnt bad, the waitress was polite and friendly and we got our food in a short period of time. Good experience, id go back"

  • "We dine here on a fairly regular basis and this time, the service was initially very slow. We were seated just after an event started at the Air Canada Centre and the restaurant was not busy. We were seated right away with reservations, but then waited at least five full minutes to even be greeted by a server. The food as always was quite good and they always make accommodation to adjust to any special requests in preparing the food. The service has become a bit of a gap from the expectations we have for this restaurant."

  • "The service and the food were second to none, extremely good. The ambience was quiet and friendly even though a Hockey crowd were in during part of the meal, it still felt like a very intimate evening. From the Coat Check to the payment of the bill was a really nice experience."

  • "This is the second time we have taken our clients out for a business lunch at e11even. The menu has something for every taste, we each chose a different item from the lunch menu and each of us was totally happy with our meal. Our server was efficient and friendly. The food arrived very quickly, was the right temperature with generous portions. Once again,a pleasureable experience all around."

  • "Very nice restaurant with very good food, location is very handy for downtown and sporting events. Some nights busier than others so atmosphere and busyness varies. Service not the greatest on either of our visits, little slow and not very attentive. Bar waitress had a bit of an attitude."

  • "Thoroughly enjoyed lunch with a business associate, atmosphere is fun and lively. The choices on the menu are varied and appealing - hard to decide what to choose as there are so many interesting and appetizing selections. The servings are generous but not overwhelming. We enjoyed salads and shared the amazing Parmesan fries on the side, we didn't have wine, the cost was very reasonable for a premium lunch experience. Will definitely eat at E11even again."

  • "we had to wait for a bout 15 mins for table but the assistant manager offered his apologies and free drinks. The meal was excellent and the service very good. Waitress was very efficient and pleasant and had a good sense of humour. It was our second visit to this restaurant and the atmosphere and quality of food was still up to the high standard we encountered last year. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant for a nice evening meal."

  • "Excellent from greeting to exit! Hostess promptly sat us at a lovely table. Waitress arrived and answered all questions. Bread and drinks delivered right away. Caesar salad was delicious. Ribs were good. Steak was great. Service was superb! Enjoyed it so much, we booked again for our next pre-concert dinner!"

  • "Service was very good but a little on the slow side. The food was solid but nothing I had made me think 'I'll be back for that". Nice ambience and great location. Overall a good experience that could be great with some incremental improvement. Thank you."

  • "It's hard to imagine a burger and fries being something to rave about, especially with the burger revolution exploding in Toronto. But e11even is definitely a contender for top 10 in the city. The burger, topped with guinness cheese and thick cut bacon was perfectly cooked and decadently delicious. But what really made the meal shine was the fries: stringy fries with shaved truffle and parmesan (my mouth is watering at the recollection!). The only negative was that the coleslaw was a little gritty (almost like it hadn't been washed). I will be back (the fries are calling)."

  • "We had an excellent dinner at E11even . Food was very good (recommend the crab cake appetizer - two could be a great meal). Nice selection of half bottles of wine. Service was excellent. We will go back."

  • "Wine way over price. A bottle of Penley Phoenix is $80.00. It is $50 at Canyon Creek! When you feel gouged it definitely leaves a sour feeling about going back regardless of the food!"
    Dined on 11/19/2013
  • "The food is great and the service is always outstanding (just the right amount of friendliness). You must try the Fries with Truffle Oil +Cheese, it's out of this world. The place can be a bit noisy and busy depending on the event that is going on at the Air Canada Centre. The best time to enjoy your dinner is after 08:00PM when the noisy crowd is gone to the ACC."
    Dined on 11/8/2013
  • "Very convenient next to ACC for an excellent dinner. Food was great. Not inexpensive, but worth it."
