E&O Asian KitchenGood for large groups......I recommend this E&O location for large groups. I would say that food was rather salty but services is excellent. Great cocktail menu and cocktails are stiff.5/18/2013 12:00:00 AMvery nice spotexcellent food, responsive staff. the space upstairs is much quieter and offers considerable room between tables- thus conducive to conversation. appreciated the gluten free menu as well.5/17/2013 12:00:00 AMOur group of ladies sharedOur group of ladies shared several menu items. The food is served quickly after ordering; I had to ask for a slow-down so we could enjoy the courses. We shared plates as was suggested to us. That worked out well and we were filled after having two appetizers, three entree choices and fried rice which was excellent! I would recommend E&O and would return for lunch, drinks, or dinner.5/14/2013 12:00:00 AMDelicious Dishes at E&OA delicious dining experience! Each dish that came out was just as tasty as the one we were eating! Corncakes like I have never tasted before, crunchy with whole pieces of corn somehow held together, beef dishes so tender and tasty with just the right amount of spice, eggplant so tender it melted in your mouth...unlike any other restaurant in the city!!! This is my second time to E&O and I will definitely be back for a third!!!5/4/2013 12:00:00 AMThe food was delicious. LoveThe food was delicious. Love the ambiance. In a previous visit we were disappointed with the decor and ambience compared to the one in San Jose. However, they have now remodeled this location and it is a great dining experience with great menu selections and very attentive service4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMHad dinner here recently andHad dinner here recently and really enjoyed it. The menu was varied with many tempting items. I had the tamarind wings (very good but could have had more tamarind flavor), the prawn salad (unusual and wonderful) and the Indonesian fried rice (light but full of flavor - a true delight). The room was modern and attractive with a big bar and an open kitchen. The noise level is high and the waiter seemed stretched thin, but this didn't really affect a most enjoyable meal.4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMAte lunch on a Friday. ExcellentAte lunch on a Friday. Our next visit to SF will definitely include a visit here.3/31/2013 12:00:00 AME&O is one of my favoriteE&O is one of my favorite go to restaurants. The food is excellent and the service is impeccable. I have to include Amanda, the restaurants manager for always making a big effort to make my visit a pleasant one and Tim Snow, one of the wait-staff who is exceptional & knowledgeable.3/29/2013 12:00:00 AMSix of us shared shiitakeSix of us shared shiitake dumplings, butternut squash dumplings, scallion bread, sizzling beef and pad thai and devoured it all. Everything was flavorful and delicious. It's the fifth time I've eaten there, and I've never had anything but excellent food and wonderful service. I love the place, as does everyone else I've taken there. My only complaint is the wine list which favors foreign wines and is a bit pricey.3/20/2013 12:00:00 AMFull of flavourHave been looking for an Asian restaurant for a while within walking distance that want to return to. Found it here. First time here. Server James was helpful and attentive. We opted to with his favourites and didn't let us down. Taste every flavour. Advice on portions was good too. Black cod was delicous and the hangar steak was full of flavour and tender. Nice cut of beef. Up there as a favourite restaurant and would take friends and family. Reminded us of places we went to when back in London.3/16/2013 12:00:00 AMloved the food and the serviceloved the food and the service was awesome!
