We have now visited DCG 3 times in the past 2 years. The food is consistently good, well cooked, and fresh. The drinks are of generous proportions. We were initially shown to a table in the bar area that was located beneath a large screen TV, but they cheerfully re-seated us in the more intimate area of the restaurant at a booth for two which we liked very much. Our waiter was very well informed about the menu and made good suggestions. The meal was very nicely served. It came out fairly quickly - maybe a little too quick, but it's better than waiting too long. Our only negative is that DCG is a little on the expensive side which keeps us from visiting more frequently. Dinner and drinks for 2 was well over $100.

We went to have a nice romantic meal, but were not prepared to be in a room with six TVs running sports. The best part of meal were the raw oysters. Scallops were small, but were cooked correctly. Not disappointed that we tried it, but if we go back again, we will just sit at the bar.

What a great find! My wife and I have driven by tons of times but finally went in this past Saturday night. I had made a reservation for 7:15, and while the place was busy, it didn't feel packed or full. It was also a little nicer than I had expected, and felt a little out of place with my shorts. Not that it's a suit and tie type of place, but nice jeans and a collared shirt are more appropriate than shorts and a tee-shirt. The food was GREAT, although more pricey than I would've thought. The prices were on par with some 4-star chop houses, but the flavoring and coloring of my Ribeye was perfect. My wife had the Wild Alaskan Salmon and risotto, which i had a few bites of and was fantastic. Overall, recommended for date nights!!

Our waiter was excellent. He asked us up front if we were in a hurry or were we here to enjoy and take our time. He gave us plenty of time to decide and order. Made sure everything was good. Told us about the dinners and recommended items. 3 out of the 4 of us got the Prime Rib so good! I would order the Prime Rib again. We had drinks and dessert. Nice and relaxing time. After dinner we went outside to sit in front of the firepit to chat and hang out before we headed to our next stop for the night. Over all a very nice night and good food.

Even though our experience was lovely. The hostesse was not happy she couldn't sit us up in the bar area. I made reservations to eat a quiet lovely dinner with a great friend, I requested a booth. I'm disappointed she chose to put a look of disappoinment on her face and a tone in her voice. Maybe she's young, maybe she's never worked in the food industry needless to say she is the first encounter for your lovely restaurant. Hostessing is a very important role , I hope she knows this:)

First of all, we loved the atmosphere and were very well attended to by our waiter and staff. However, we had mentioned that it was our friends anniversary and there was no special attention to it. No free dessert or even when we ordered dessert, no candle or anything. Very surprised about that. Otherwise, the food was great and the ambiance wonderful as always. 3 of us at the table had the special which was halibut and 1 had the ahi tuna. All were great. The presentation was beautiful. The salads were split and equally tasty. We had crab cakes as an appetizer and loved them too! We would recommend this restaurant to many, altho pricey, found it to be a great experience.

Make no mistake, we love this (recently discovered) restaurant. The food and service here is truly excellent. Which makes it all the more baffling that an email (through the restaurant web site) prior to our last visit regarding a dessert for a very special occasion was simply ignored. Similarly, a special seating request, standard on our Open Table reservation request, was also unread or ignored. A very small step up from getting customers served to catering to clients would be appreciated.

This has been the second time I've hosted a small birthday party at this location and both times were very successful. The service is wonderful, the food even better. It's a vibrant noise level, but OK. The place is located in an odd place, next to a gym, but all the more surprising when you see their beautiful interior. We had the deviled egg appetizers, Caesar Salad, chili soup and salmon. Each was delicious and they treated us to a dessert of our choice, a tasty lemon cake. All in all, wonderful evening was had by all!

First off, I don't mind spending good money on good food. The food here is good but I believe the steaks and Salmon were a bit overpriced. They do have choice cuts but the Filet and Rib Eye seemed mainstream and not out of the ordinary as the price would indicate. Perhaps cooked improperly and uneven. With that, Our dinner for five was fantastic. I would suggest the skirt steak and the meatloaf. These seemed to be the favorite at our table. Service was excellent and very personable. My son started to joke about how they had someone dedicated to watching his water glass because it was never empty. Great atmosphere and again excellent service. This was an Anniversary dinner and they made it memorable. We will be back.

We made a reservation on Open Table. They seated us way in the back of restaurant away from everything. Not sure what we did to deserve being placed in the back. The crab cakes were very good, the ribeye steak for very poor quality and over cooked, and side dishes were too salty. Many restaurants way-over salt food. All in all just an ok experience. We will not go back.

We went there specifically for the prime rib but when we sat down we were told they ran out from the night before. Huh ? I ordered and received the fattiest and toughest Rib eye I've ever attempted to eat. Half way through our meal we hear another waiter describing how mouth watering delicious their prime rib was. Confused staff and rude GM. Even tho he comped my steak he felt it necessary to explain to the cut I ordered. Never recommend or return. To bad too they are less than a mile from my house.

Our first time there & we decided to go based on its reputation for having a great ambiance, a killer bar, & great food. The bar lives up to its reputation although we only wine with our meal. The food may have been great but I couldn't appreciate the food because of how insanely loud it was. The very lively 2 sided bar runs down the middle of the restaurant & takes up nearly 3/4 of the length of the restaurant itself. I'm pretty sure that the bar is the reason for the noise. I had asked to be moved but alas, there were no available tables. Not only the hostess but our food server told us that next time, we should request the booths located on the other side of the bar because they're more quiet. Really?? I feel a little ripped off.

We found Dry Creek Grill using the Open Table App. We had never been here before and after checking the reviews and the Food Spotting photos and comments, we decided to give it try. We were not disappointed! My husband had the pork chop which was a very generous portion. I had the Fettuccine with rotisserie chicken, smoked tomatoes & mushrooms and English peas. The smokiness was amazing! The portion was quite generous as well. We can't wait to go back to try more dishes.

We had a dinner group of eight people. The food was so good and the portions so large that six of us had take-home boxes big enough for another meal! Factor that in and the dinner is worth the price. The service was excellent. This was my third time dining there and I will definitely go again.

Go for the appetizers and leave before dinner. I've gone to DCG three times in the last two years, two of which in the last month. It has definitely seem better days food-wise. The appetizers and drinks are great, but honestly, I won't eat a meal there again. First time I had a lamb burger that was so overcooked and dry, I could only eat half. Then, on Saturday, I order a $40 filet and sent it back. Medium rare does not mean charred beyond recognition on the outside with hints of pink on the inside! Yuck. They cooked a new one (which arrived hot unlike anyone else's food!) but that meant that I was eating while everyone else waited to leave. And, don't bother with the oysters...tinny tasting. Go have appies then dine at The Table!

The we'll-appointed interior featuring a lively bar and welcoming staff was a great beginning. We shared the deviled eggs with bacon and the ahi tuna appetizers. The deviled eggs were divine. The signature beet salad should have been called bitter greens with a few chunks of beets sprinkled on top. The dressing had no discernible seasoning so the bitterness of the greens was overpowering. My husband loved the meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes. My "medium" classic burger arrived well-done. Instead of those sweet slow-cooked caramelized onions that could have saved the overdone burger, it came with a few red onions still a bit raw. If a classic burger is sub par I sure wouldn't take a chance on an expensive steak. Worth a second visit.

Our waiter must have thought we were illiterate as he explained every item on the menu, both sides of the menu. They forgot two salads & no one could be summoned to remind them. They then forgot another side dish. The menu gets wordy in "bragging" about its beef. Maybe if you had a few drinks you wouldn't realize it just says USDA select and from the midwest. Essentially it comes from just another feed lot! There aren't a lot of healthy items and even the salads were not quite fresh. I would not recommend it and we won't be back. Oh, and they charged me for a side salad that I substituted for beans, cornbread and coleslaw. I would have paid for it anyway but it would have been nice to know. There were 4 of us for dinner, we won't be back.

The ambiance of this little hidden gem is noteworthy. Our server listened to my preferences and offered a new Chardonnay, which was delightful. He was funny and friendly but didn't hover. The crab cakes were nothing to write home about, but my friend's vegetarian mushroom burger, made with three types of mushrooms was delectable. Prices for basic main entrees seemed rather pricey given the inconsistent food quality, but the service and ambience are probably worth it overall.
