Ordered a Heirloom Tomato Salad and received a salad with a couple of small segments of tomato ?? For the price on the entrees , the amount of food received was somewhat slim, Overall the experience was ok, but for a higher end restaurant is that acceptable ?

My husband and I had dinner Saturday evening to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary. The atmosphere, food and wine were excellent. The waitress surprised us at the end of our meal with a piece of chocolate cake to share as part of our celebration. This is a very nice special occasion restaurant.

Service really is the keystone to fine dining and our service was most disappointing. An order should be placed and then executed accurately. If there is an oversight, it should be corrected with reasonable attentiveness. If the second attempt is still incorrect, blaming short staffing should not become a diner's concern. The quality of the food was stellar, as always !

We went here for my husbands 35th birthday and both had an excellent experience. We started with the kangaroo appetizer which was delicious. Then had jerk chicken soup and the spices brought us both back to Jamaica instantly. I had the 7 oz filet a nd my husband the 10 oz both cooked medium rare just the way we ordered. Would highly recommend!!

The ambiance was nice, the meal timed perfectly so you weren't eating one thing right after another. The shrimp cocktail was just ok. Not worth $12. They were little cocktail shrimp. I guess I was expecting bigger shrimp in a place like that. The Filet I had was cooked perfectly. Great flavor and Potatoes were wonderful. I loved the dessert We had the trio of ice cream. The strawberry Rhubarb was an amazing flavor. All in all a good time. Will be back again.

A fantastic dining experience since it first opened at Potowatomi casino, Dream Dance Steak again delivered a perfect dining experience. The quiet subtle dining room off the main casino floor, offers delicious steaks Filet, NY Strip, Rib Eye and Porterhouse as the headliners on the menu, but fresh seafood, chops and a chucaterie plate all make for great dining. Our steaks were juicy, tender, well seasoned and broiled to our requests. Service was again very good, with little touches such as chef samples of flat bread with goat cheese and chive, pumpernickel rolls with whipped butter and attention to every detail making our dinners exceptional. Priced $$$$

Dream Dance and Chef Matt do not get the credit they deserve in Milwaukee. My Wife and I have eaten here 20+ times over the last few years and Chef Matt continues to beat our expectations. We always do the tasting menu with wine and have never been served the same dish twice. The staff is amazing as well, always willing to make each and every visit special. April is always willing to help with reservations and Blake is a fantastic waiter and bartender / sommelier. Maybe it's because it's located in the casino, but in my humble opinion Dream Dance beats Sanford for best restaurant in Milwaukee. Hands down, every time.

The 8 oz filet was my choice with the cheddar rub which wasn't really a rub but was very good. The steak was extremely tender. My boyfriend had the boneless Ribeye blackened. He really enjoyed it but wasn't totally fond of the rub, it needed more flavor. All in all our meal was very good, you get what you pay for.

We went to dinner at Dream Dance before a show at Potawatomi. The hosting and wait staff were both attentive and both asked if we had plans for the show so they could work with the timing. It was a leisurely and enjoyable dinner with a very well-informed server and truly outstanding steak and lobster, preceded by an appetizer of award-winning Wisconsin cheeses. Very worthwhile for a special occasion.

Went in with fairly low expectations due to location at Potawatomi and were blown away - absolutely fantastic, will definitely go back. Food is very high quality and chef really knows what she/he is doing. Their variation of Wisconsin cheese curds is delicious - love the tomato jam. Salads are fresh/wonderful and dressings are homemade - possibly best ranch dressing I've ever had. Husband had surf and turf and I had smallest filet mignon, both thought the filets were amazing and they were just the Black Angus ones not fancier Creekstone Farms ones. Only negative for us was that only seating for couples is banquettes where both of you face the room - wish had regular tables. Solution is to go with another couple so you get a table.

I was to Dream Dance 3-4 years ago and I revisited this past Friday and was not impressed at all. Come on Dream Dance you Are suppose to be a 4 star restaurant. I suggested the restaurant should be open for lunch because lunch prices are cheaper and that is All this restaurant is worth. We had to keep asking for everything and our waitress was not friendly.

My husband took me to Dream Dance for my birthday. It was our first time there, and our expectations were high. We were not disappointed. My husband really enjoyed his specialty cut kangaroo ($38), and I was very pleased with my 8 oz. Creekstone Farms Filet Mignon ($44). But it was the rolls, salad and sides that were better than other steak places. AND the service was top notch (thank you, Will!).

Brought my sis out to dinner for her birthday and had a great time. Ambience was elegant, yet comfortable; service was efficient, friendly and our server knew the menu well. Beef filet was tender partnered with truffled mashed potato a perfect side-I suggest getting the sautéed garlic shrimp as an extra side (yum); artic char fish was delicious and cooked perfectly--sides included brccollini, and poblano hash. Server even provided a complimentary birthday dessert...chocolate cake that was the perfect ending. And if that wasn't enough they send you off with a small treat...you'll have to go to find out what that is. Great job.

Our dining experience at Dream Dance was very nice from the moment we sat down. Our waitress was superb, the food was excellent with only one problem with a spinach side dish that was corrected immediately. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and were given a complementary dessert for a totally relaxing dining experience.

Came here for dinner on our anniversary after it being highly recommended by a friend. Overall, great service and nice atmosphere. Has an older 20's feel to it. Food was fantastic. We both got ribeyes, one with a cheddar crust, which was amazing! Another important note, they were cooked perfectly! Nice surprise that the steak included a salad and potato, but a little disappointing that each were prefixed and didn't give us any alternative options. They have a great wine selection to choose from which is surprisingly priced really well for a steakhouse. Will definitely come back if I'm ever craving a good steak, but more so for their wine selection and prices.

Dream dance is a "steak" place. I went in with my choice of the bone-in ribeye already made. I ordered it with mushrooms on the side, and with their garlic sauce. The steak was awful, very tough, and for the $53 price tag I was completely taken back. Mushrooms were overly salty (and I'm very salt tolerant), the garlic sauce was non-descript. I would have complained, but we were with another couple and going to a show shortly after, so there was really no time to have them make a new one. If you're looking for a teak, look elsewhere.

We are frequent visitors to Dream Dance and normally have small plates at the bar which we always enjoy. This time though we came for the Milwaukee Dinning 3 for 30 special. One of us enjoyed the special while the other ordered off the regular menu. We had pork from the special and filet from the menu and they both were fantastic, very impressive. This place is a gem!

One of us is hearing impaired so we were seated away from the bar area in a part of the dining room where tables were at least 12 feet apart. It was wonderful to go out on a saturday night to a busy restaurant and be able to enjoy excellent food in nice, quiet atmosphere! The service was great and perfectly timed. The foie gras was a real treat and served beautifully. We both chose lobster and agreed it was the best, most tender and tasty we've ever had-even on the East Coast! The Key-lime and chocolate cake desserts were exceptional too! The food was presented graciously and the wait staff was extremely attentive. The total experience and excellent food made for a very special evening. Somewhat pricey but special occasions, it's OK!

My husband and I had dinner at Dream Dance on a Wednesday night. It had been years since we had been there. The elegant semi-circle seating allowed me to sit right next to my husband. The food was excellent from the complimentary amuse-bouche to the surprise "gift" at the end of the meal. The noise level was low enough that you could easily have quiet conversations yet there was an energy to the dining room. We would definitely go back again!
