Double Zero NapoletanaGreat find!Came across Double Zero while searching open table for a dinner option...So thrilled I did! Great dinner experience. I ate at the bar and had a great time. The staff was very accommodating. I started with the Brussels Sprout salad and had a half order of the Lamb Ragu for dinner, amazing. Great neighborhood gem--hope to return soon!5/13/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat neighborhood restaurant! When I heard that this was the same family that owns Sugo I expected a great experience and I was not disappointed. The atmosphere is very cool; small tables, and big community tables. Food was great! Wine list was a bit daunting to my wife, but Stephanie (the daughter and manager) stepped right in to help her find a fantastic chardonnay. Oh, and my son loved cutting his pizza with the scissors!5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMgreat foodI have been a frequent diner at Double Zero and the chef never disapoints .The food is always amazing. I love the Prohibition themed bar. Chris the bar manager is innovative and extemely knowledgeable and always makes me fell welcome. Sandy Springs was long over due for a great restaurant!5/8/2013 12:00:00 AMThis restaurant never seizesThis restaurant never seizes to amaze us. We always enjoy trying new foods & there's never been an item on he menu we didn't like.5/4/2013 12:00:00 AMBest Pizza Ever!We love this place. The pizza is outstanding and the other menu options are diverse and interesting. The creative bar drinks and extensive wine list make Double Zero a great find. Oh yeah, the desserts and gelato are amazing as well!5/4/2013 12:00:00 AMGood pizza, nice wine list,Good pizza, nice wine list, great selection of appetizers. The fried butternut squash was delicious, had the beet salad and the special pizza. Pizza is big enough to share with another person. The wait staff was very friendly the chef even came by our table.4/29/2013 12:00:00 AMScissors, for pizza?Yes, at Double Zero they give you scissors to cut the thin pizzas. It makes for a different presentation and fun finger food. The grilled octupus is unlike any other preparation I've ever had, if you only know the cold and slightly rubbery sushi style is the only way it's ever served, think again. The service was good, our waiter was a little aggressive clearing plates but we were not in a hurry. He was very polite, but verging on overboard the same way employees at Chik-fil-a are. Overall a great meal at a fair price.4/29/2013 12:00:00 AMFood was very good - the pizzaFood was very good - the pizza was exceptional. Nice thin crust and good toppings. The noise level was high - a lot of hard surfaces - and we were seated next to 3 very large groups.4/27/2013 12:00:00 AMHad a girl's night out andHad a girl's night out and had a wonderful time. Food was hot, prompt, and very flavorful.
Some of the ladies had not been before and thought the pizza was very good. Perfect for an appetizer or a dinner for a
pizza lover. The half orders are also a perfect size for a pasta dish if you don't want to over do on the carbs.
Yummy and delicious wines by the glass.
Will definately go again!!!!!4/26/2013 12:00:00 AMBest pizza we have ever had!Best pizza we have ever had! The crust is simply amazing, and this is coming from someone who usually leaves the crust on the plate! Both the beef cheek ravioli and the pork belly risotto appetizers are very tasty... We have never had a dish we didn't like here. The staff is very attentive and knowledgable about all of the wine on the menu. We can't wait to go back!4/25/2013 12:00:00 AMWe have never been disappointedWe have never been disappointed at this restaurant. It is on our list of favorites and we chose this last visit to celebrate our anniversary.4/23/2013 12:00:00 AMWhat a lovely restaurant! What a lovely restaurant! The owner was there and visited our table several times. The food was quite nice and very succulent. I highly recommend the Filetto!4/23/2013 12:00:00 AMOne night in Atlanta. DoubleOne night in Atlanta. Double Zero Napoletana's Halibut was all I can remember :)4/22/2013 12:00:00 AMBack at Double Zero for a birthdayThe food was wonderful and the noise level was a little higher than normal because of the Pizza making class which was fun to watch. Great wine list and great hosts.4/22/2013 12:00:00 AMAwesome as always. FedericoAwesome as always. Federico has created a fantastic concept following in the footsteps of Iberian Pig and Sugo. Butternut Squash Frittelle, Maiale Pizza & Lobster Pappardelle all highly recommended! Everything fantastic.4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMA nice addition to Sandy SpringsWe've heard lots of great things about Double Zero, so we were very excited to finally try it. The interior is surprisingly large, almost too large - you can't tell from the outside exactly how big it is. While there were a fair amount of people dining that Saturday night, the space felt empty, simply because of how large it is. Anyway, our server was great - enthusiastic about the food, but overly so, and had lots of recommendations for my indecisive husband (he couldn't decide on a drink or meal). We had the burrata appetizer and it was fabulous, nice creamy interior with a firm fresh mozzarella chew on the outside. For entrees, we both had pizza and they came out perfectly charred on bottom! Glad we finally made it to Double Zero.4/6/2013 12:00:00 AMA wonderful experience withA wonderful experience with delicious food and outstanding service. I would recommend Double Zero Napoletana to anyone searching for fresh Italian food in the Sandy Springs area.3/31/2013 12:00:00 AMExcelent! The menu offersExcelent! The menu offers a lot of choices and you can do a combination of things, depending on what you're in the mood for. Not your usual apps, mains, and dessert menu.

We had fun tasting a variety of small plates, entrees, pizzas, and desserts. All were enjoyed.3/29/2013 12:00:00 AMExcellent owner involvementExcellent owner involvement and Cooks. Service above the norm. Mixes Gourmet well with casual fair.3/28/2013 12:00:00 AMDouble Zero is no ZeroLoved the Affettati and the Market Mushroom Pizza. Didn't care for the namesake Napoletana - all that arugula felt like salad served on a bread plate. I know, its just me. I love meat - what can I say? The bread itself was as advertised and soft enough to be cut with a scissor although cutting pizza with a scissor was quite cumbersome and the staff were happy to slice it for us.3/26/2013 12:00:00 AMAll of our food was fantastic. All of our food was fantastic. Baked Oysters were incredible. The drinks were also very good - a touch pricey, but they were paired with the theme of the restaurant very well. We would certainly return. Service was ok, not great. But the food more than made up for any diminished table service3/23/2013 12:00:00 AMI love Double Zero!! I hadI love Double Zero!! I had attended their pizza making class a couple of times with girlfriends and wanted to take my husband there for a fun, relaxed date night.
The pizza is so very good and has a truly unique flavor. They have some interesting pizza choices and do not allow substitutions (only additions for $$). I like pretty simple pizza so I went with the American (not very adventurous, I know). The only thing that could make it better is if they had a build your own pizza option so you can have the sauce and toppings you want.
If you go, save room for the cinnamon rolls for dessert! They are out of this world good!!! They do take a while to prepare, so order them when you order your dinner.3/22/2013 12:00:00 AMWe celebrated our 50th WeddingWe celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary there and it was perfect!3/16/2013 12:00:00 AMDining here is always a warmDining here is always a warm inviting experience. The management goes out of the way to accommodate their clients. The dishes are prepared with extra care combining complex flavors with lovely presentation.3/15/2013 12:00:00 AMTrue to their form this groupTrue to their form this group also owns the Iberian Pig, my favorite, Double Zero is great. They take ordinary food and make it into extrodinary dishes. Dishes you do not find in other restaraunts or on other menus.
The food, service and ambiance are all excellent.3/15/2013 12:00:00 AMConsistently awesome!I have now been to Double Zero four times and they are consistently awesome.
