Double Zero, a contemporary Southern Italian restaurant, offers our guests a unique experience rooted in the ingredients & flavors of the Campania region of Italy - for dinner 7 days a week, and counter-style lunch service 5 days a week.

Double Zero's menu features Neapolitan pizza, fresh pastas, fresh seafood, unique Antipasti & Sfizi, composed entrees featuring unique interpretations of classic regional dishes, and indigenous cured meats & cheeses of the region.

Located inside Double Zero, The Café at ØØ carries on our tradition of sincere hospitality with a comfortable, casual atmosphere designed for the quick lunch on the go. Our fast casual/counter-style service lunch features Neapolitan pizzas, signature paninis & sandwiches, salads and seasonal grain bowls. Catering for offices in the local Sandy Springs area is also available.

Ultimately, Double Zero aims to bring the cuisine of Italy's South to the forefront of the Atlanta dining scene.

  • "We felt very rushed - it was not a relaxing meal. We had to order quickly. Our waitress had our appetizers on the table within minutes, two minutes after taking that dish away we had our dinner. She kept checking on us every minute. I felt like they needed our table, but there were a lot of empty tables. We were in and out in one hour and we're not given the opportunity to just sit and relax. We would have ordered a second glass of wine if we had more time between courses."

  • "The pizza here is to die for and the service can't be beat! We arrived as a group of four and a gentleman from the restaurant, I believe he was the owner, came over and gave us pointers on the menu and regaled us with stories regarding the "mother" or starter that was used in the pizza crust and and we really enjoyed and appreciated his attention. We ordered the margherita pizza and it was simply delicious. The crust was the perfect combination of slight crunch on the edge and chew. The tomato sauce was flavorful and the basil was fresh. Simple but very delicious pizza! We will definitely be back!"

  • "It seems as if Double Zero has fallen down a notch. My husband and I went there to celebrate our anniversary. Immediately after seating the waiter asked if we wanted to order an appetizer, we'd just been presented the menus! His delivery was clumsy and he offered us details on the specials almost as an afterthought. He was nice enough but definitely not well-trained. We ordered the brussels sprouts salad to share and it was delicious, the dressing makes it. The American Pizza was good, nice change from my husband's favorite, the Margherita. My dish, the beef cheek ravioli, had a delicious sauce but the pasta was too thick and gummy, a disappointment. The shared dessert, pesche, was good but the peaches were soaked too heavily in wine."

  • "I am a former server so I notice most things that other people don't. One of my pet peeves is when there is no silverware on the table and we have to wait to eat our food. This was this case during every course, no plates for the appetizer, no silverware for the main course, coffee with no spoons, deserts with no plates or forks. The butternut squash fritters were delicious as well as my scallops. My pizza snob friends were not a huge fan of the pizza and the chocolate cake tasted like it had freezer burn. Everyone did LOVE their specialty cocktails!! The table next to us did it right, cocktails and a bunch of appetizers."

Not a pleasant look at all. Quite dreary. My friend and I ordered The American pizza which was OK but it arrived uncut -- with scissors to cut it. We thought that was rather strange. Not worth a repeat visit."

  • "In Atlanta there are really only 3 authentic Italian pizzerias. Double Zero, Antico, and Verasanos. Antico is crowded and expensive, Verasanos is alright but the pizza is lacking. Double Zero is the best. Huge seating areas to fit hundreds of people, and of course the pizza was real authentic wood fired and tasted fantastic. Prices were good, $15-$20 per person. Service was top notch as well. I highly recommend it."

  • "I took some coworkers here for dinner on Monday night and the service was great. Appetizers were very good (charcuterie, cheese plate and baked mozzarella but no one was overly impressed with their dinners. They were just okay. Most of us ordered pizzas and, again, just okay. However two of us ordered the fish and beef and again - just okay. I have been here at other times and it was very good. I am assuming that Mondays may not be the A team. Also they were out of a couple of offerings. Again indicative of a Monday. We'll go back. Not fair to judge based on this, but it will be a different day."

He definitely made my dining partner and I feel like we weren't welcome there. I thought the food was okay, and the pizza was overly salty. I noticed in the reviews guests got some bread, and well... We didn't. Maybe I'll give this place another try in the future, but my first experience was not good at all."

That might be the intention but a good pizza is a little firm not soft like bread. I had the chef special which on this night was the Veal Chop, Rare and beyond salty I would say both on the Pizza and Veal very heavy handed on salt, and I am a salty lover! Plus for the meal at $39 I practically choked at the value for the price. On a opposite note the waiter was fantastic. I travel all over the country and go on business dinners at 4 and 5 star restaurants and he was one of the best by far"

The flavors in the dressing are complex and make these salads stand out. We also had the ravioli which was very good. I would love to go in and order one of the big roasts for the table.   • "We had let the reservation person know ahead of time that 2 of the 4 of us had medical issues that prevented us from having salt in our food, and the chef made the most delicious dishes (we had 6 in all) we could have imagined. None of us missed the salt the least bit....we loved everything we were served and enjoyed the restaurant immensely. The owner was there and came over to our table several times to see how everything was. Needless to say, we will return!"

  • "Food is generally pretty good with a nice wine menu. We saw a small bunch of pasta stuck together in one clump, we were shocked as the restaurant proudly talk about their fresh pasta. When complained to the server, she said "Oh, yeah, that's common, our pasta is made fresh, so, that happens." I asked her again, in disbelief, "You are saying this happens COMMONLY at this restaurant?" and she said again "yes, because we make it fresh. It's common." No, that doesn't happen to the freshly made pasta which were properly dried and floured, and stirred during cooking. Anyone who makes pasta can tell you that... Their traditional style pizza was okay, too doughy for me (charred outside but undercooked inside). Good toppings. Good fish special."

  • "Had a wonderful martini with stuffed olives...good wine list. Selected a house Chianti. The shredded Brussels sprout salad was too much, a bit dry & bitter. I ate the whole thing & was stuffed! Highly recommend the pizza. Grilled onions & figs along with bacon & goat cheese with basil has a fabulous blend of favors! The gelato dessert is made in house. The portion was huge. Delicious."

We sat at the pizza bar - unfortunately the floor is not even and the chair are not stable in all the areas - makes it difficult to sit in certain areas at that area. Food was good. Had the lamb meatballs and kales salad, My friend had the Bolognese dish. Like the variety of wine. The bartenders are friendly as well and good service at the bar."

  • "I hesitated to give five stars because it was rather expensive for our budget. Nevertheless, the food was outstanding - I got scallops, and the other two in my party had lobster and the red quinoa dishes. We also got asparagus, salads, and of course desserts, which are all made on premises. Very interesting and yummy combination of ingredients and flavors. I didn't even want to talk while eating . . . just wanted to be left alone to enjoy my food. One complaint - we would have liked larger fish portions . . . a few more scallops for me and a bigger piece of lobster for my sister. We are looking forward to going back to try the pizza."

Rather than the typical American-Italian fare, Double zero dishes capture the spirit of Italian dining through the use of authentic and fresh ingredients combined with meticulous preparation. Sure, Double Zero offers pizza, a Neapolitan-style pie that matches the best of what Atlanta has to offer, but don't miss the other excellent menu offerings, including the small plates and lamb shoulder. Double Zero is one of the few places in town that reminds me of dining in Italy. It's as fun a place to eat as it is delicious."

The Neapolitan-style pizza is to die for - incredibly fresh ingredients and brilliant preparation make for a sumptuous evening dining experience.
