Saxon + Parole, conceived by the award-winning AvroKO Hospitality Group and Executive Chef Brad Farmerie, brings a global approach to traditional grill fare. Named after two prize-winning, New York-bred racehorses – the restaurant features rich design elements and modernist details. Diners can indulge in an oyster focused raw bar and signature dishes such as Portobello Mushroom Mousse with Truffles and a Whisky Jelly, Grilled Octopus with Hazelnut Romanesco and crispy capers, or a 28-day Dry-Aged NY Strip Steak with Bone-Marrow Béarnaise. The multi-award winning beverage program follows suit with creative twists on classic cocktails and was voted “Best Restaurant Bar in America."
