I had been to Dos Caminos several times when I lived in Manhattan and now returning as a tourist, I wanted to go back to a tried and true place for fabulous food! My guest and I sat outdoors (they have a nice outdoor area right in the middle of midtown) which added to the nice, relaxing atmosphere. Of course we started with the always delicious guacamole and I had enchiladas for my lunch entree. Delicious! Delicious! Delicious! Service was friendly and attentive. The medium quacamole was great and the steak salad was good, a great choice if you're not in the mood for something heavy or cheesey. I started my evening with a Mango Margarita, chips and salsa. Once my party was complete we were shown to our table and our drinks delivered to us. I love the guacamole that I make, it's gotten plenty of AAAA's but the one at Dos Caminos is awesome! We, my cousins and I were there to remissness about close members that had recently passed and enjoy each others company which we all needed, we are very very close, well, it was great for our spirit to be there. We laughed, cried and had good food, drinks and service. So thank you for making our special evening, more special.
