Don QuijoteWonderful Dining ExperienceThe paella was extraordinary, and the tapas were great. Robert, our waiter, was very attentive, and engaged us in a relaxed, easy going conversation. The owners each stopped at the table, asking about our meal, and gave great suggestions about our upcoming trip to Spain. I was seated back-to-back with a person who was less than a foot away; and I could hear that person better than I could hear the people at my table. Having said that, the food is great. The owner and waiter were very attentive, and the overall Spanish influence is nice. Without a doubt the best paella I have ever eaten outside Spain. If this place was in Chicago it would be nearly impossible to get a table.
