As always, the experience was perfect - outstanding food, great atmosphere, and impeccable service from both the servers and management. The ladies both had excellent salmon while my brother and I enjoyed the steaks, ribs and chicken. A few bottles of wine, lots of great food, some cocktails and dessert, and we had the perfect evening. We had BBG ribs, french fries, cole slaw and cheese bread for an appetizer.
The carbs just kept on coming, but it was all very high quality.
Atmosphere is fun, especially if you are a sports fan. Amazing sports memorabilia.

I told my family, the restaurant was the sports version of Planet Hollywood. The food was very good and plentiful starting with the garlic cheesy bread and shrimp de jonghe appetizers. The shrimp de jonghe had plenty of shrimp and the right amount of garlic and breading. I was in foodie heaven. Each meal we ordered came with a salad and side. We had plenty of food to bring some home to enjoy later. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Food was very good. Our server, Patrick, was knowledgeable and entertaining. The skirt steak, which he recommended, was a good choice, cooked to our exact wishes. The string onions were very good. The calamari appetizer was best part of meal, not greasy but crisp and delicious. The "award-winning" ribs were just okay -- a bit dry but flavorful. The baked potatoes were enormous with heavily spiced skins -- too peppery to eat with the potato. The walls are interesting, packed with memorabilia from many sports and locations. The Rib's, a house specialty, are perfectly done, I had them Don's way with extra char - yummy.
We've seen groups served (an entire college baseball team that arrived by bus) as well as couples.

I thnk I could spend all day there and still not see all of the memorabelia. I drool everytime I walk through the front door. It was nice to see the autographed baseball from my old classmate from Van Nuys high school Don Drysdale and my all time favorite Dodger Sandy Koufax. Last year on our visit there we got to meet Ned Colletti. Took pictures with him and chatted. He's a class act. looking forward to next year.
