A word from Dominique Bistro Club
A refreshing take on the Miami culinary and nightlife scene. Dominique Bistro brings authentic French cuisine by day, and a European electro lounge at night, captivating foodies and club lovers alike.
From a textbook version of onion soup topped with a thick, golden layer of melted gruyere gratineed over a beefy broth with juicy onions, to sweet and succulent jumbo scallops drenched in white wine, and decadent chocolate fondant served with creamy ice cream, Dominique is truly bringing to Miami the best that France has to offer.
"The menu at Dominique Bistro is a reflection of my food journeys through France and my love for its culture, history and of course, gastronomy,” says the Chef, an alumni of the Paris' LeCordon Blue Culinary Art School.

Food and service are consistently well-above average. The Irish bar next door can be noisy if they are having an outdoor event but this restaurant is a neighborhood gem otherwise.

Went there for lunch and it was pretty quiet. Service was attentive. Decor was trendy. The food was okay but nothing special. My mussels were overcooked. Looks like the place comes to life at night with a live dj.

The scallops for appetizers were excellent, while the fish somewhat overcooked. The cheesecake was a little on the dry side. The service was excellent; personable, attentive and discreet.

Looking for straight-forward French classics: onion soup, escargot, foie gras, mussels, creme brulee and found them! Husband/wife wait staff team were attentive and helpful. Kudos to the chef. Surprising how few French restaurants in Miami offer the classics for francophiles and/or ex-pats. Outside seating was inviting but the weather was iffy. Raves at the table for escargot, moules, and salmon as well as the happy hour cheese plate. We will be back!

My husband I adored this place. The service was truly excellent. Our server went out of his way to make sure that we were well attended and that the food was cooked as we like it. We started with the Foie Gras which was delicious and was perfect with the wine recommendations by our server. My husband had the sea bass with champagne risotto and it is delicious but very rich. I had the Roasted Duck Breast that was delicious and tender. It is cooked in the traditional French style of medium rare which the Server was careful to explain to me that I can have it more well done if desired. I kept it traditional French and loved it but could have used less balsamic reduction sauce which made it sweeter than I prefer. We will definitely come back.

Food was very delicious and well presented. A few drawbacks were - Waitstaff needs some work. Waited 10 minutes for someone to first come to our table. But our waitress was very nice so I can chalk it up to there only being 2 servers for 20 tables (who do everything from bring your food to cut the bread!) but this seems like the managers fault. he seemed more content to have a drink at the bar than greet customers & ask how the food was. Bad customer service again!!! The bartender was absolutely horrible too, didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. The ambience was very nice & decorative but definitely not romantic!!! I would recommend you go once because the food makes everything else tolerable, but once is all you need.

I lived in France many years, and the food of this restauratn reminds those days. Escargots, amazing ! Entrecote 10 oz, PERFECT temperature and the bernaise sauce was simple perfect, they serve like FRENCH HOMEMADE FOOD ! For dessert we had the lava cake, i wanted to order the creme brule but GF prefered the chocolate, GREAT choice, it takes like 15 minutes, but it was worth it, it is firm and spongie outside and hot and melted in the inside and i must say that the ice crem they serve with it is very good.

WE had a coupon but found that regular prices were very high for the quality of food. The Duck maigret was way over cooked. The combination of trying to have a French them in front and a modern scene off to the side looks ridiculous - it should be one or the other. Service was very good.

We were a bit disappointed. The Dominique salad, which we shared, was the best part of the meal. The pommes frites, which we ordered very crisp came out soggy and not crisp at all. The mussels which had been highly recommended, were small and over-cooked. Parking was a problem. There was no valet and we were lucky to get street parking a block away. We had great expectations and were sadly disappointed.

Went for Miami Spice and all I can say is "WHAT A ROBBERY"!!!!!! These folks have no clue what is FRENCH CUISINE. The food was mediocre at best. I've had better airplane food than this. The worst onion soup I've ever had. It barely had any cheese and it tasted burnt. My boyfriend had the cheesy potato appetizer and found it way too rich and badly constructed. The potatoes slices were huge and hard to cut. The sauce was way too rich. We barely touched the appetizers. Now the entrees. I had the chicken fricassee it was bad, bland and the chicken piece was of awful quality and had almost no meat but was full of fat and skin. I would have expected a breast and thigh/drumstick, but only received the thigh/drumstick piece. The sauce had

We enjoyed a Bastille Day dinner at Dominique Bistro Club. It was my second time dining and my husband's first at Dominique. They had a great pre-fixe menu for Bastille Day that included a glass of champagne and 3 courses. There were several selections to choose from for each course. Each Course was delicious and the service was great! They have a team atmosphere with service so you are never neglected. Each server takes care of each others tables to ensure the customer is always well attended. The manager sent over an after dinner drink (of our choice--anything on the menu) on the house to thank us for enjoying dinner at Dominque Bistro that evening!
