Both had a good amount of toppings on very thin & crisp crusts! Cod & Chips also proved to be an excellent choice, with 2 pieces of nicely battered deep fried fish and seasoned hand-cut fries.

Sat on the patio overlooking the water and had the scrumptious crab cake as appetizers, seared sabre fish and ling cod as entrees, and the dessert platter to finish it off. The food was cooked just right, crispy and flavorful. The texture of the crab cake was perfect, moist and tasty inside, nicely fried on the outside. When we arrived for our early dinner around 4pm it was pretty quiet and they were cleaning up for dinner service. The staff was very friendly and had reserved a booth for us however the car seat did not fit. We asked to be moved to a table and put the car seat on a chair. They were more than happy to assist us and transfer tables. Outside patio is very busy with good weather, but inside is nice with floor to ceiling windows. Smokers can spoil the patio tables along the public walkway.5/5/2013 12:00:00 AMSunny Day Special BrunchThe Dockside was the brunch choice we made for a group of friends (6) in celebration of a friend who has recently passed away. We chose it primarily for the location and environment as we had out of towners present and it is central for all who attended, including two who came by sailboat from Vancouver Island. Lots of bright space, cheerful servers and interesting food and drink choices made this an ideal spot for the occasion. The only thing that could have made it better for us is having had space outside in the patio area. It was explained that it is difficult to arrange the seating/table arrangements to accommodate a party of six, so the inside setting was predetermined for us, and was enjoyed anyway.
