DJ's BistroGreat experience.This is hearty fare. We were warmly greeted by the owner as we arrived The bar had a group of lively laughing people watching a soccer game and drinking beer. I ordered the more flavorful hops beer on tap. Two of us started with pea soup with mushrooms. It was delicious. The Monrovian Roast (pork) with spatzel, red/white sauerkraut was tender melt in your mouth. The Jagershnitzel was two huge pieces of breaded and fried pork cutlets over red cabbage. Those went home in boxes. The Hungarian goulash was delicious chucks of pork or beef in a peppery paprika sauce. Portions are generous.
