"We were fairly early for dinner so had the pick of the 2-person tables. Nice layout, clean, spare decor. We were served by the manager/host - polite and conversational. He didn't talk up the menu, which was only the Dine-out options - normal menu not available, nor offered to us to look at & perhaps come back another time - a missed opportunity. Appetizers and mains were delicious, nicely presented, in good time & the right temp. Bus-person/server was delightful, with great eye contact & impeccable timing - spoke directly to both of us while the manager spoke mostly to me and not to my mother who was elderly and paying the bill - like she was invisible. Dessert was very good but cheese portion was meagre & outweighed by bread."

"Have been to Divino several times now. Always enjoy the food, however, this time was for Dine Out Vancouver and I'm not sure if the portions were standard or a touch smaller. My friend had the Arugula salad and that seemed to be a full order and I had the Tuna Crudo which seemed very skimpy. We both had the Wild Mushroom Risotto and that definitely did not look like a full order. The dessert was tasty, not overly generous but still good. For the price point of $38. for three courses for the Dine Out promotion I wouldn't say it was a bargain by any means. I can't see a small main of Wild Mushroom Risotto would amount to $20+ anywhere else in the city."

"Enjoyed the Dine-out menu - the food was very good. However was astounded at the outrageous wine prices for a modest wine list considering Divinos is a "wine bar". Staff was friendly but had limited knowledge of wine and did not make recommendations. Not sure I would go again."

"Went for dine out Vancouver and the menu was limited but it was easy to get a reservation on a Saturday night. The service was great and some dishes were very tasty, some were just OK, and some were not good. Like the location in the Commercial Drive neighborhood but the prices are just too expensive for the area and the size/quality of the menu items."

"The food was delicious, the fish was beautifully done. The chocolate mousse dessert with mocha gelato was devine. A limited wine selection, but some good selections on the list. We enojoyed this restaurant. Next time, we'll go back and check out the extensive and delicious looking Antipasti menu."
