Dish on MarketMothers Day BrunchBrought my wife, children and mother and father for a Mothers Day brunch. Food and service was excellent. The waitress even entertained my children and made us feel very welcome. It was ashame because it was Mother's Day and 80th birthday together. I will say that the wait staff was great and brought a piece of cake with candle and two roses to my mom which was a very nice touch. Only concern was they did not have our reservation when we arrived and a party of 30 was there for a baby shower and their reservation had been lost! Place was packed so not a good situation. Service was attentive but not intrusive. My husband ordered the Falls City kissed fish, and he reported that it tasted as good as it looked. I ordered the Hot Brown and it was also as tasty as it was attractive. The bar appeared to be well-stocked, although we stuck with Coke products that evening. Our party of 6 was seated immediately and they were very accomodating with my elderly mother and moved us downstairs so she would not have to climb the stairs. The food was excellent, fresh crisp salads and the steak and potato dish was amazing, the bourbon sauce on delicious filets was expertly prepared! Service could not be better,Shelby was so awesome.
