I usually go on special occasions or to take my girlfriend out for a romantic night, but this time I took my mom to brunch for Mother's Day. The service was great and so was the food. A hand written card was handed to me to thank us for choosing their restaurant to celebrate my girlfriend's 30th birthday. This was very nice. The manager greeted us with a warm welcome and we like that.
We started off with the night with a cocktail and bottle of red wine suggested to us by the server Brandon. We then proceeded to have a started salad (angry greek) before our entrees. For dinner, she had the Scallops and I had the Halibut special. We were very pleased with all of the food and overall service.
We both want to say thank you from the bottom of our "foodie" hearts for the very nice evening you allowed us to have. We will be back soon.

Only complaint was one of my dining companions ordered the Salmon medium rare and the waitress said they will not cook the fish this way. He asked why not and she said the kitchen will not fix it that way. I have never heard of this in my life. It was brought out overcooked and was ruined. Someone needs to train the servers that salmon is not meat and does not need to be cooked that way. We were visiting Dallas for the weekend and decided to make reservations for dinner on Saturday. The atmosphere was great, the food, I have just no words, if you are to go here, you must pick one of the chef's picks. We ordered the Lamb Meatballs, which were fantastic, then we ordered the scallops and quail since our waitress recommended it. Both dishes were delicious. Our waitress, Andrea, was extremely knowledgeable about the whole menu, she was incredibly nice, and just absolutely amazing.Everything was so perfect and Andrea was so awesome that she convinced us to come back for Sunday brunch. Which we did. Drag brunch was delicious and fun. We all had a really great time and enjoyed the food and drinks. The drinks were especially amazing (my friend ordered a really complex drink and it came out so delicious!). Our server, Brandon, was just THE BEST!!!!!! We were so happy and impressed by his service. He really went above and beyond to accommodate us and made sure we had a good experience at DISH. The bartender was also very nice and friendly. Overall, I really enjoyed it here. My New York strip steak wasn't cooked to order, though. I ordered it medium rare and it came out medium well and tough as rubber. It doesn't get to lively until about 7:30ish but it's nice to have full attention of your server and not have people running around. The chef changes the menu a lot so there is ALWAYS something new but they've got their staples too so don't worry. I got a special, peanut sauce noodles...I was using the bread to get all of the sauce off my plate. It was CLEAN when my server took it for me! My boyfriend got the steak and loved it.
