"Service was great, food was fresh, but was not worth the hype or cost. Overall, the food was under seasoned and we ended up eating dinner again afterwards. I would recommend everyone try this place at least once yo see for yourself. The experience itself was great, but I would not go back at those prices."

"Super yummy! But very cramped. Good thing we were enjoying the food so much- it'd be hard to have a private conversation...
Carrot buns were delish, as were the mushroom mousse and the jalapeno hush puppies!
I suggest they move into a larger space :)"

"I took my girlfriend here for her birthday. We started with the hush puppies, they were yummy. We had the mushroom appetizer- it was great. We then split the chard gnocchi- so so yummy and we also split the cauliflower dish which was phenomenol!!! We aren't big drinkers so we shared a half glass of white wine- it was the perfect amount and we loved the idea. And lastly we shared the chocolate beet cake with pear sorbet it was amazing :) They remembered I noted in the reservations it was my girlfriend's bday and they brought out a candle with the cake. Overall, Food= super delicious and innovative, service= excellent!!! Will be returning for sure!"

"Still one of my favorite NY restaurants -- Amanda Cohen has the most nuanced sense of flavor, texture, and possibility of any chef I'm aware of, and her instincts are always spot on. You can find other restaurants with equally surprising combinations of ingredients, but none that produce such consistently satisfying food. Bravo!"
