  • "Joined our good friends for a Sunday evening dinner. The staff received us well even though they had apparently cancelled my Open Table reservation beforehand. It was amusing that after placing drink orders we were informed that certain brands of Gin were not available. Ok, no big deal. Then, after placing dinner orders, we were informed of depleted menu items and a staple component, spinach. Excuse:" We had a large party the night before." Although a gentleman of uncertain title apologized for the inconveniences, we were not offered any sort of compensation."

  • "When they first changed from Papa Razzi, business was slow. It took them a while to get back in the saddle. They changed the menu (somewhat) and the food is very good. Service is also very good. They pay attention to their clientele. All in all, I always enjoy going back to my neighborhood standy. Keep up the good work!"

  • "SO IMPRESSED with this restaurant! Some menu items had a surprising "take" on sauces that was exciting to see. The portions were large and the food delicious. My Caesar salad was fresh and wonderful - filled with fabulous croutons that seemed home-made. My tilapia? OUT OF THIS WORLD - thank you for a restaurant that finally cooks a fish without any of it being overdone. Our waiter, a little forgetful, was still very gracious and very attentive. Ambience lovely...staff very friendly - greeted by everyone, including both bartenders at the happy-hour crowded bar. I will definitely be back although I live a little far, in Suffolk."

  • "The experience was overall good. For appetizers my table got carpaccio and the fried mozzarella. Amazing. For dinner we had a penne with asparagus in a white wine sauce and the steak filets which were ok. Dessert was a brownie Sunday which was supposed to be warm but was cold and hard making it difficult to eat. That was the only real issue with the restaurant. The server was accommodating and we will def. come back just going to get different entrees next time. Love this place"

  • "We always have a good meal here, Good fish, pasta, salads. Nice freshly baked bread, and cheese-flavored breadsticks. A few little things they should improve. They never bring you water unless you go out of your way to ask for it. They tend to be slow in bringing bar orders. Our server brought the main course before we were finished with our salads. This is amateurish. They're good enough to do better. But it's not disturbing enough to chase us away. We're frequent diners and will continue to be."

  • "We used to come here often when it was Papparazzi and really enjoyed it. We have since learned that it was purchased by one of the previous managers and no longer a "chain" restaurant. The menu was adjusted and many of the favorite dishes were kept. Some of the previous, older folks were let go and a new kitchen staff was hired and trained. All fairly standard stuff. Unfortunately it did not result in better food. A dish I used to get regularly just did not taste the same. I'd heard a similar sentiment from someone else. They may need some time to grow. Our server was great and it's a nice, big space which still feels cozy. So still worthy of a visit but the food has gone from above average to just average."

  • "Service was outstanding - a minimum of 3 separate servers brought our food, drinks, etc. However, The special "bassa" that I had was too well done on the bottom and really had no taste. The spinach was very stalky and could have had more flavor. My husband's veal chop was good, but he ordered it because there was no more osso buco at 7:00."

  • "A group of 12 celebrated my birthday recently at Dilettos. It was the perfect location. There is something for everyone on the menu and you will not have to take a second mortgage on your house to pay the bill. The service is friendly and professional, there is no platting charge if you bring your own birthday cake. Definitely try it. It is greatly improved from when it was "Papa Razzi" Andrea, the manager will handle all special requests; ask for Amanda to be your server, if you go on the weekend, and the veal piccata, one of Sunday's specials, can not be beat."

  • "This was an entirely pedestrian experience, which was made somewhat intolerable by the extremely slow service. It takes them an eternity to bring out food and it is very irritating. Perhaps they are understaffed, or maybe simply disorganized. One other complaint. Their menu did not match their online menu, which meant that I could not order the dish that I had wanted to order. The food and ambience are rather pedestrian."

  • "I have been coming the this restaurant in its former incarnation of Paparazzi for over 20 years, sorry to say the new managementg needs to step it up. Food is still good, but service is S L O W, could die or thirst before server check to see if we needed drink refills. Dinner took over 2 hours, too long and restaurant was barely 1/4 full. Maybe just geting the kinks out, but not impressed, sorry."

This was our third time at Diletto's and the service and food did not disappoint. We are glad to be back at this neighborhood gem and glad they are doing better. We'll be back!!"

  • "The first time we came after it became Dilettos, we were disappointed to say the least. I always believe in second chances. This time, our meal was great - my salmon was cooked to perfection with crispy skin, yet moist and not overcooked on the inside. Perfect!! My husband had the osso buco (and although not as good as mine, of course) it was wonderful!! I sincerely hope Dilettos is as successful as its predecessor, Papa Razzi! We'll continue to check on it's success!!!."
