I suggest you order pizza here only if you like it with no cheese and no sauce. It was like eating dry pizza dough with a spoonful of pizza sauce spread on top. On the plus side, our server 'April' was very good.

How do you mess up a cheese, cracker & meat platter? Well...first off the meat on there was not the meat that was stated on the menu nor the crackers! Service/waitress was horrible...rude and not friendly! No water refills, had tea leaves in my tea etc. The list could continue very very poor service. I believe the GM was even drinking a bottle of beer while looking at seating/check in area...Won't be going back for ladies HH.

Slow service, slow kitchen, waitress rarely checked back on table. Calamari and adult macaroni and cheese were very small portion size, spinach cobb salad was huge, although heavy on spinach. Wanted to like this re-incarnation of Eat Shop, this area so lacking in decent restaurants, this one just isn't there.

I went to Eat Shop many times for happy hour and was excited to see the change to Digbys. I was disappointed though. Service was very slow. Food was mediocre and prices are still high. I still love the patio though and since it's super close to my house I'll go again but really wish they would get their act together.

The restaurant name changed during the week so when we arrived at the restauraunt is was somewhat confusing. the staff were friendly, food took an hour plus to be served. Asked when the appetizer and main course would be served as we waited, waited and waited. The Manager did acknowledge our dilemma and picked up the tab. Noise level was very loud as sounds bounce off the ceilings and made it difficult to hear a conversation.

The management isn't listening to customer feedback out here because my experience mirrors others...poor food, poor service and a long wait despite empty seats. We waiting 55 minutes for our food. The burgers were overlooked. The rest of the food was so so. The manager came by to let us know that the kitchen was well aware of our poorly cooked food...to what end I'm still confused by. Will not be going back.

Neither my friend or I had been to the Eat Shop before our lunch, in fact I had not even heard of it. Another friend suggested the Eat Shop to me. While our visit was for lunch, the food (I had turkey burger and my friend had a different burger), was awesome and portions generous. Our server was very gracious and patient with us, in that my friend and I were very busy "catching up", thus server needed to "check back" a couple of times before we ordered. Unfortunately, it was a cool, cloudy day, so we could not enjoy the beautiful outdoor dining set up. But we likely return again and I will also return for dinner or brunch with my husband. Thank you for a great experience!!

It was so nice to find a "non-chain" restaurant in Plymouth. They had a gluten free bun for the burger and it was good. The French Fries were very crispy. It was a very good experience, will go again. A little more pricey than what I would have liked. A fancy Red-Robin type, but more expensive.

We had reservations for 18, a celebration for my daughter's confirmation. The server was practically non existent. When the food finally showed up, it wasn't hot. While we were waiting forever for our food, I actually had to take drink orders and go to the bar myself. When I told them I was disappointed with the service, I think it got worse! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. It ruined a special occasion celebration.

We arrived at 6:15 on a Friday evening. Hardly anybody was there, which is pretty weird for a Friday night. Server staff was friendly and helpful. We each ordered a hamburger… one rare and the other medium rare. They arrived medium well and well done. The server was quick to exchange and bring out another hamburger, but again this was overcooked. We will never go back… there are just too many other good options in this area.

Restaurant has been awhile now, and I do see some changes - some good some bad. They have lots of fun events and happy hour specials. food is good, not great (but that is good in this neighborhood). Service varies, and last night ours was less than stellar. Food items seem to be a little different each time your order them. I had kitchen burger last night, and it was good - not great. My companion had cowboy burger and he enjoyed it, but thought the fries were not up to snuff. We will be back when we need to stick around Plymouth, but when we want real tasty food will get out of the 'burbs.

The space is very loud due to the high ceilings, so everything said echoes throughout the restaurant, and the menu is generic. What went wrong: 1. Ordered a white Russian w/ light cream- received a white Russian with about a half cup of cream. 2. Wings were overdone by a mile and slightly colder than room temp. 3. Cowboy burger had NO taste, the BBQ sauce was tasteless, and it said it was to have slaw according to the menu..but there was none. 4. Ordered a specific cocktail in a high ball glass. Any halfway decent bartender should know a drinking glass is not a high ball and should be asking the waitress to ask the customer if they want a low or drinking glass size, since they do not carry high ball glasses. Positives: SERVER WAS GREAT!

My husband and I have both really tried to like this place as it is the only non-chain spot near us with a good bar. But the last three times we have been in the service has been slow, very slow. The last straw. We ordered ice cream for our kids and it took so long the ice cream was melted but yet our waitress STILL served it. Wow.

I came with a group of 6 over lunch. We had made a reservation for 11:30, but there was no need. The place was deserted. No customers, just a hostess and a guy with a bunch of tools piled all over the table next to us. We got drinks right away, but had to wait over 40 minutes for the "fast" lunch promised on a tent sign in front of the restaurant. When our orders finally arrived, hot entrees arrived luke warm or cold, and requests for exceptions (dressing on the side) had been ignored by the kitchen. The bad service, mediocre food, and ruined ambience (thanks to an ill-conceived party room addition that has destroyed the restaurant's initial trendy open-kitchen feel) have turned me off of Eat Shop for the foreseeable future.

We enjoyed an early(ish) weekend dinner with the kids. Eat shop got a lot of buzz when they opened, since they're one of the trendier restaurants in the 'burbs, but I'm not yet convinced. Eat shop has a good atmosphere and we really enjoyed dining outside last summer. The charcuterie (eat plate) is quite good, and, I believe, made in-house. This time we ordered the Cuban Pork Sandwich was very good - the pork had a great flavor. I don't know if avocado is traditional, but it added flavor and texture. My wife and kids both had chicken dishes, which were a little unremarkable. One thing Eat Shop does better than any other area restaurant is that they hold a great local selection of brews, though some more seasonal emphasis would be nice.

Second time trying this place and it was worse the second time. I was with a group of ten but even so, the order took way to long and it wasn't busy. Plus, my order was not correct, my brother's portion of "Adult" Mac & Cheese looked exactly the same as the kids meal size just with some meat added. My brother in-law got up and walked over to the server area to get ketchup for our table and he said his burger had hardly.

We had dined at Eat Shop during their opening week and loved it. Lots of options, good food, good service, etc. We came back a month or so later and the menu was completely different, the options that we couldn't wait to try had been removed and replaced with a more expensive boring version. I finally decided to give it another try and am so glad I did. All of the menu choices were back, the food was delicious and our server couldn't have been better. Thank you Eat Shop!

The thing I dislike about Eat Shop is the noise level. I do understand that the airyness of the room gives it a lofty hip feel but the accustics (sp?) make it difficult to talk with others on our table. The guy at the end of my table had a very hard time sharing in the conversations. I think a couple of round tables for groups would help. Our waitress totally screwed up our bills but she did straighten them out in a timely manner. At the end I wasn't quite sure if I was billed correctly but I chose not to press it even though I normally wouldn't pay $15.00 for a sandwich. Its a lively place and I would go back with a couple people instead. My 2 gin and tonics were delicious.

My dining experience was good for the most part. The 2 of us that had salads were not quiet as pleased with our food as the 3 people who had other foods like the sandwiches which were very good. I had the Ceasar Salad & found it to be bland without a lot of flavor. Next time, I'll stick with one of the sandwiches. Service & atmosphere was very good.

Food was excellent. Our server was very busy but she still gave very good service. This restaurant is not our 1st choice for eating out because the noise level is so high; carpet the floors, put in a drape or two, add some fabric to soak up some of the noise so a conversation with your dining partner can take place.

The food was excellent. I had the Pan Seared Salmon and my mother had the Scallops. The meals come out plated looking like you spent more than the $20-25.. and they tasted like more expensive restaurants. If you're looking for really good food and are willing to spend a little more, then come here! The negatives would be slower than usual service. Nothing to complain to the restaurant about, but I will note it here because others might find that a huge turn off. We were there at 6pm on a Thursday night. And the lighting is darker, so not for everyone. Again, this did not bother us, just pointing it out. This place would have gotten all 5 stars from me in the overall if the service was a little quicker.

We had a Living Social voucher for dinner for 2 with wine or beer flight (3) for each of us. We shared a delicious appetizer of steamed mussels in orange/garlic/butter broth, accompanied by excellent garlic toast. Shared a Caesar salad which was good. My entree was wonderfully prepared sea scallops with string beans, while spouse enjoyed a customized burger which she rated as "very good". When you walk in, the restaurant has a great look, but when you look around, the place seemed a little dead. Lots of tables were empty but we thought maybe it was because the space was really big. The beer and wine list was great. When we started looking at the food, my husband and I both said "nothing really stands out." On top of the food seeming from the menu that it was just a little boring, prices were a bit high. The service was good, but we wouldn't go back for the food.

My husband & I went here for father's day with our 1 yr old. It was pretty empty at noon; however, our food took longer than anticipated to be served and when it was served they neglected to bring out the pancake for my son. The manager apologized and went back to find the pancake and served it a few minutes later. On top of this, the prices for the quality of food (an over $50 tab for 2 adults + 1 pancake) seemed a little outrageous for lunch....especially considering other restaurant options in the area.
