I also appreciated not being rushed and having each course brought out with perfect timing. It was wonderful to enjoy a leisurely paced meal so it as an experience, not just food. The steaks were delicious and flavorful. Pre-dinner martinis were tasty. This was my first time to dine at Dierdorg & Hart's. Our waiter overhearing our conversation surprised me with a dessert on the house. It was a wonderful creme brulee with a chocolate cookie dough crust. Yummy. My steak was very good and I tried the roasted brussel sprouts which were also very good as one tires of the usual offer of broccoli or the infamous vegetable medley.
