The food that I ate was very good. I cannot say that anything I ate I did not enjoy. Another thing that I liked is that they do not charge an arm and a leg for children like other brunch options do. I really appreciate this. Additionally the hostess actually picked a table that was away from the main crowd. This allowed me to dine at ease because I knew our family would not be disturbing the rest of patrons. Made a quick reservation for a Sunday evening via Open Table and we were set. Arrived to find a crowd around the hostess stand but we were seated immediately. Others must have been drop-ins without reservations. Anyway, we were quickly greeted by our server, Noel (sp?) and he did a great job of describing various menu items to us. Sunday is 1/2 price wine night so we took advantage of this as well. We had the mini lobster roll appetizer - which was great! Wife had blacked halibut which was very good. I had the seafood mixed grill which included shrimp, scallops, fish and a crab cake - all very good. We arrived early for our reservation, but the hostess seated us right away, and the waiter immediately offered a complimentary glass of champagne to help us begin our celebration. The food was amazing, the drinks were great, and the ambiance was a lot of fun. Our waiter was patient and kind, answering questions and offering advice. This is absolutely a restaurant I would recommend for happy hour, or a nice dinner. Anyway, food was always good, server was friendly and attentive to when we need drinks or something else without us having to ask for it, atmosphere was always nice. Great location to hangout and see who comes through as well. We dined upstairs this time instead of downstairs since it was more happy hour that turned into dinner. Food was only 4 stars this round, still great main courses, but appetizers were a little cold, particularly my bisque this time. The servings are huge. They have a great gumbo that I sent back half finished because I didn't want to be tempted to finish it and not be able to enjoy my entree. The rainbow trout, simply grilled, was outstanding and I even ate most of my vegetables. My wife's crab cake entree was exceptional -- baked, not fried -- and as tasty as her homemade. We ordered carrot cake with two forks, ate our fill and had enough left over for three more people. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. Few regular and sensible tables are located in the back where people with children are seated half the area is a dark alcove,
