We will for sure be back for lunch and we're going to try it out for dinner too. My wife and I both had their fish tacos and they were delicious. They had a nice and slightly spicy marinade but what we liked the most was the smokey taste from the wood fired grill. Great job to the kitchen. The overall food experience was very good. The appetizers were good but the Asian rolls were a bit dried out but tasty. The entree's were presented well, the crab cakes were wonderful as well as the ahi tuna. Our kids are picky eaters, but the waiter even made on the spot recomendations for each of our kids as to what they'd like from the kids menu. I might go back to have the chicken fingers myself, they were great; the waiter said the staff orders it for themselves all the time. My wife and I each had simple grilled fish and two sides. I thought the lobster mac n cheese (pluse $3) was just ok, hardly any cheese or not a lot of lobster either. Everything else was really good. Save room for the carrot cake after dinner, it's awesome. They closed, moved, and opened under the name Devon. This has been a family favorite of ours for years! The food is always great, and the service never disappoints. This time we were in a group of four. We had crab cakes and calamari for appetizers. Both were great, especially the crab cakes. Everyone ordered something different...scallops, salmon, swordfish, and halibut. Everyone liked their choice and said they would order it again. They have a couple new sides for the spring/summer season that were great...a lemon asparagus risotto and a mixed vegetable burgot. Our waiter (Tony) knew the menu, helped with recommendations, was always there but not bothersome, very accommodating and efficient. Atmosphere is very comfortable, much nicer than the higher end steakhouses. And we shared carrot cake that was not too sweet - a perfect ending to a great meal. I wasn't even aware of any noise or other diners. Wonderful evening! We didn't ask for it, but it was a wonderful touch and we enjoyed it very much. The food once again was awesome and everyone enjoyed their entrees. Much of the menu is still the same, and the quality of food was nothing short of magnificent. The crab cakes rival the best Baltimore has to offer, and the gumbo explodes with a variety of complex flavor to suit any pallet. Three in our party ordered steaks and found them to be properly aged and cooked to perfection. Scallops were reported to be exquisite, as well. Our waiter was very helpful, though a little distracted by other patrons of the restaurant on a late supper visit on Sunday. The wine selection is quite full and bargain priced at 1/2 off on Sunday.
