Desert Fish had sent out an email earlier in the week with the fresh fish that would be available that weekend but when I inquired about one of them was told they sold out on Friday night. Christopher went to the kitchen and found they had one piece left and would fix it for us. The menu has some very interesting offerings. A nice touch is that any fish that is on the menu elsewhere can be ordered a la carte with a side of your own choosing. That preparation would be straightforward (grilled, roasted, poached, etc) and allows for a wide range of options for their seafood. Our choices of salmon and sole were cooked exactly as ordered and came in reasonable sized portions.
