Delicious eggplant appetizer, olives, very fresh bread. Onto to chicken and veg kebabs and doner. Dessert was yummy too! Pistachio baklava and flourless chocolate cake. Our waiter's recommendations were excellent and he was so happy it was contagious. So we drank a white Spanish albarino and had various mezze spreads-all delicious, especially the cacik and the vegetable and fish options were all very fresh and wonderful. Desserts excellent as well with Turkish coffee and teas. We will definitely return anytime and recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants basic middle eastern style food served well in a small warm atmosphere.5/3/2013 12:00:00 AMOur dinner party had a lovelyOur dinner party had a lovely time at the restauarant. The food was authentic Mediterranean, the service was attentive but did not give a rushed feel. This must be a challenge since most patrons were theater-goers who where shuttling between shows. The food could have been hotter (the temperature, not spices) but the flavor was delicious. Our waiter was so gracious and patient with our questions.

The place is gorgeous and very expensive looking in a comfortable way. Instead of having all that chrome and smoked glass used in the decor, one would be relaxed sitting in what resembles the quality of woodwork similar to what would be in one of those luxury train dining cars of yesteryear.
