Located atop the historic Meier & Frank building, Departure Restaurant and Lounge offers modern Asian cuisine with panoramic city views and global cocktails. Executive Chef Gregory Gourdet creates modern dishes using traditional ingredients and techniques from many Asian countries. The space designed by Jeff Kovel of Skylab Architecture offers diners two rooftop patios with views overlooking downtown Portland, the Willamette River and Mt. St. Helens. Continued
