Just steps from Madison Square Garden, Macy's, and Broadway theater this contemporary spinoff boasts a sleek marble bar, deep red leather banquettes, and candlelight tables.Perfect for lunch, a drink after work, or dinner before the big game.

Delmonico's Kitchen brings a globally inspired, seasonal approach to dining using organic and local ingredients to create savory twists to some of the original legendary dishes such as Delmonico Steak, Eggs Benedict, and Baked Alaska.

Separating itself from other traditional steakhouses with its innovative dishes and updates on the classics, the new Delmonico's Kitchen will surely entice guests to come back for more.

Classic along the lines of Gallagher's, not Del Frisco's. Good drinks, decent wine list, could use a few more under $100. Steak was excellent; be careful of sides unless you are ready for rich. Hash Browns are smothered in Gruyere, onion rings are a heavy beer batter, undercooked, soaked with blue cheese dressing and bacon. I had a food hangover the next day. Thank God we skipped the cream spinach.

there are not a lot of great places to eat in the NYC garment center. This is one of them. Solid on all accounts, we were greeted warmly, seated promptly and served immediately. soup and salad to start, both very good. we shared the porterhouse for two. was great. fork tender, nicely seasoned. It can get spendy as in most steak houses, everything is ala carte. They asked us if we were going to the game, This is very close to Madison Square Garden, so they are conscious of timing. Would highly recommend for a pre-garden event dinner or lunch. SN

The room we were seated in did not have the ambiance of a fine New York steakhouse. Tables were small and crowded together. The food was good, but not up to par with many of your competitors. My wife and I each had a Delmonico steak, and we were both disappointed. Side dishes of creamed spinach and mashed potatoes, both steakhouse traditions, were lackluster. No problems with service.

I've been to a dozen or so different ones, and while their porterhouse is good like the majority, there was nothing else special about this steak house that would make me want to go there. They charge a little more than the others, however you don't receive a higher quality end product, the plate with the steak wasn't searing hot, the sides were actually quite small (pricewise the same as other steakhouses but half the portion) and also just average. Also their own steak sauce was pretty rubbish too :(

We came here for a special date night, to reconnect. I think it was a great choice, since we wanted a place that wouldn't be crawling with kids and where you could have an actual conversation. What a great dining experience! We started with wine, chose the Billy's Bacon as our appetizer, and ordered the porterhouse to be served medium rare. Our sides were asparagus and Delmonico potatoes. The Billy's Bacon was delicious, nicely aged, not too fatty, but thick, crispy and extremely tasty. If you're a bacon fan, this is the gold standard of bacon. The porterhouse was served to us and looked absolutely perfect. All in all a great evening with attentive but non-obtrusive service, great food, and good conversation.

This was our second time dining at Delmonico's Kitchen and the first experience was much better. For the price, it fell far short of where a restaurant of that caliber should be, in my opinion. We started with the seafood plateau and the it was not good. The shrimp were way over cooked, the oysters were .warm room temp and certainly did not taste like west coast oysters. We followed up with the scallop entrée which was warm at best. I am sorry to say but, I won't be back anytime soon because there are too many better restaurants in NYC.

If you like steak houses, go here. The rib eye for two was just spectacular, with the huge rib bone left in. Also for a steak house you can get great seafood dishes too. This is perfect for Penn Station commuters, or MSG event goers. But, for the fashion district, which does not have great restaurant choices, this is one you should know about.

The restaurant tables are way too small for food - better suited to bar food. It's as if management doesn't want you to eat here. Hostess seems to sit you at the worst table available at that time - everyone we noticed (including us) asked to have their table changed. In order for our food to fit at the table the server had to remove plates, flatware, glasses, etc. It makes for a very uncomfortable experience. Our suggestion: go to Delmonico's in the Financial District; it's a real restaurant not just a bar. Oh, the food was actually good.

We went here before a Ranger game bc it's a quick walk from MSG. I've been to many Steakhouses in the City this one is just average. It's not bad but it's not great with all the other choices this would not be in my top 5. Wolfgang's, Benjamin's or Spark's are a few much better Steakhouse that come to mind.

Hi, Last week we where going to a Fleetwood Mac concert at MSG. Coming in to NYC, I knew we needed a reliable, good place to eat, so I picked Delmonico's Kitchen. The reservation was perfectly honored. It was a the perfect choice, we sat immediately and ordered right away. The food was great and so was the service. Honestly, the food was subpar compared to Delmonicos downtown, as well we felt extremely rushed, and the restaurant was not full by any means. We received our appetizer within 5 minutes and then the main in another 10, no exaggeration, we were in and out with appetizer, main, and dessert in 1 hour. Overall I would never go back as the food was completely different and not at all near the quality of the real Delmonicos, nor did we feel it was an enjoyable experience.

We started with a Caesar salad with white anchovies, which was very good, and roasted oysters, which were Oysters Rockefeller. The oysters were overwhelmed by large amounts of cheese and spinach. We shared a porterhouse steak, which was delicious, but easily enough meat for four people and we were only two. We had delicious onion rings and asparagus as side dishes. The service was very agreeable.

I could not possibly fault a single one of the appetizers - the Lobster Newburg, the scallops, they lovely oysters. My husband and I shared an enormous prime cut of meat, beautifully rare. The creamsicle creme brulee was faultless, and my own beignets tasted the way I always thought clouds would taste, only with a richer consistency.
