We tried the bruschetta and seared tuna for appetizers and were blown away with how well prepared they were. For a main we split the 11oz. tenderloin. We don't know how it could have been done any better. Cody was fantastic as a maitre'd. Our server took over with professional, perfectly timed aplomb, and served us an amazing culinary delightful dinner! We started with the baked brie & a wonderful bottle of wine. I had the wedge salad with delicious house made blue cheese dressing. One friend ordered the specialty mushroom soup, which he (thankfully!) shared a taste. It was superbly rich & creamy! I ordered the petite filet & sweet potato. The steak was cooked to perfection-tender, juicy & very flavorful. My friends ordered the scallops, and pronounced them excellent! All servings were large enough that we could not finish, but we did manage to share a luscious bread pudding dessert. Yes, it's not cheap but it's reasonable for the quality of food,service, and facilities. We tried a broad range of entrees: steak, seafood, pasta ... all was very nicely done and the accompaniments (soup, salad, bread) were also well done and enjoyable. The service was very attentive and not overdone. I particularly appreciated the replacement of tableware between courses so you don't have to "save your fork/knife". Thank you! The ambiance was subdued, perhaps a bit spartan but still nice. The room was quiet but it was a fairly small crowd.
