Della Santina's Trattoria in Sonoma, San Francisco is a traditional Italian restaruant serving recipes mostly from Lucca, Italy. It was founded by Quirico (Dan) and Shirley Della Sanitina. With the passing of Shirley Della Santina - Quirico, his son Robert and wife Nicole continue to carry on the family business and Tuscan traditions. Quirico is the chef behind the menu and has provided what's been described as Italian comfort food in a gorgeously authentic Italian setting. When you walk in the front entrance you'll be greeted by truly Italian decorations and design, as well as fresh flowers on every table.

Della Santina's offers a variety of home made pastas, antipasti, soups and salads, juicy rotisserie cooked meats and fresh seafood. Local wines from Sonoma, as well as Italian wines and beers are all featured on the wine list. Della Santina's received the 2023 Sonoma Index-Tribune People's Choice Awards for Italian Cuisine and Romantic Meal.

This is a must if you’re in Sonoma and love amazing service and fantastic food! First time here, so had to try their version of the litmus test by which all Italian restaurants should be judged… lasagna. As good as any, and far better than most!

Always delicious and this time didn't disappoint. The petrale dore, seabass, tortelini, and mushroom raviolis ALL were amazing! Add the perfect service, outdoor setting, processco, and some balsamic to take home, and it was another wonderful experience. Thank you!

Food is amazing and the patio is a beautiful ambience. The owner came up and greeted us and spoke to us for several minutes. A delightful day in Sonoma!

I'm a repeat local customer. They have never let me down. Food is always delicious. Their pasta dishes are always fresh and hot. I've had their lasagna, raviolis, gnocchi, duck, and veal. I wouldn't hesitate to order any of them again.
