A friend had told me about the restaurant prior to travelling to NYC and his recommendation did not disappoint. The food was fantastic and the service outstanding. Our group of six all had variations of steak and each was cooked to perfection. We ordered a selection of sides which were delicious but the surprise, at least for me, was the Mac n Cheese - outstanding! Asked not to use too much salt on the steak as suggested in another review. Although I was single they gave me a great table for 4 out on the patio at 8 pm on a beautiful night. It's adjacent to Rockefeller Center which is nicely lighted, and you're surrounded by impressive tall buildings. Very friendly reception and table service. This is no place to diet but if you've got the appetite, the burger is the best in NYC and I love the grilled cheese sandwich.
