This is nothing like the Boston location. My friends had two different salads with chicken, and called them "the dumps." One arrived with the wrong dressing. Both were topped with a dried up, paltry portion of chicken diced into tiny cubes. It looked like something you'd get at Fresh City on the Mass Pike. Meanwhile, my salmon was a smallish portion cooked poorly, and not as requested. And when I pointed it out, they had the temerity to argue with me. I asked for no sauce, no dressing. We all sat there looking at my entree in a pool of sauce, confused. It was, frankly, gross. And a total waste of money. I ate it because I was hungry. Also, I inquired as to whether they do split half portions of sides (Capital Grilled does this), the manager curtly told the server "no" in front of us. I will not return. The Superlux theater, which serves Davio's, actually has better food. For an upscale steakhouse experience, take the time to cross Rt 9 and go to the Capital Grille, where the food's almost always perfect, and when it's not, they have good service recovery.

The place is great, just not my cup of tea. I was very glad to try it out and appreciate the high quality food and service. The Nantucket scallops were absolutely amazing beyond belief (especially as I am not a big fan of scallops). The wine list is out of this works. ThE starters were too nouveau for my tastes. Recommend to those who like very very modern

My husband and I expected this Del Frisco's to be like one that we enjoy in Fort Worth, TX. We were shocked to see a sports bar atmosphere rather than a nice restaurant. We like table cloths, cloth napkins, etc. The noise level was so loud it was hard to even talk across the table. The tables are wood and small. There is a bar in the middle and a huge flat screen t.v. on the wall. Not the romantic evening we imagined and totally not like the one in Texas. The only positive thing was the steak. It was the best I've had in MA so maybe that came from TX. We did not linger, did not order appetizers or dessert. We left as soon as possible. The view is of the parking lot.

we had a 5:15 reservation and the place was about half full. By the time we left around 630 there were people waiting to be seated. The food was very good the service was very good but the noise level was really loud. I suspect it would be fine for people who can hear well, but that isn't the case for me. Will that keep me away from Del Frisco's No. I would definitely go back again.

I have had lunch at this location many times and it is always delicious. Especially having the choice of wraps (lettuce or floured product) makes this restaurant a favorite of mine. The food has always been presented well with quality ingredients. Waitstaff is friendly and helpful and efficient.

So many new restaurants in the area, Del Friscos can do better. Waitstaff got our order wrong (ordered two steaks only one came out - manager might've at least apologized if not made it up to us somehow), fries were cold and not great, and Mac n cheese was tasteless. We didn't order dessert. Other than the great space (the bar looked cool), the experience was underwhelming.

We love steak! Del friscos has been on our list to try, and our meal was fine, but did not meet our expectations. I would not put this restaurant on the same tier as other nice Boston steakhouses. For example, we could not substitute something (anything) green for the "potato cake". The potato cake was small, dry, and not something I would expect on a plate with a $40 steak! However, our server, Rusty, was fabulous, my martini was great, and the ambiance is swanky.

Enjoyed a great dinner last night, everything from the cocktails, appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts was worth going back for. Server was very attentive and friendly. We'll go back and probably order the exact same items next visit. We split a flatbread, steakhouse salad, burger and a coconut pie for dessert, it was the right amount of food and was fun to try a little of everything. Enjoy!

We have been here several times but this time we brought 3 children who all enjoyed the flat bread(pizza) very much- that with a salad was a perfect lunch for them and 3 adults enjoyed the seared tuna salad and fish tacos- both excellent. Shared the huge lemon cake for dessert. A very good choice to satisfy both adults and children !!

We go often to this location and have found it to be a consistent execution of the concept. Food is always properly prepared, drinks are good, service is pleasant. This most recent visit service was off a touch as the young man who waited on us was clearly new and not fully trained. He could not answer what was in a few dishes and did not offer to check until prompted. I found it strange when I ordered a "Kilt Lifter" and he responded "that's a good drink, lots of alcohol in it." I would certainly go back and recommend Del Frisco's Grille to friends.

I was looking forward to trying Del Frisco's. The restaurant is beautiful with deep leather seats. The service was good. However, the food was just ok. The bread tasted a little strange. It was freshly baked but had no real taste until you put the sweet butter on it. I am a bit of a bread snob. I really like a nice sourdough with fresh, soft, salted butter. I have no desire to eat sweet bread before a meal. The corn chowder was excellent but my burger and fries were just ok. I requested well done and was assured by the waiter that all of their burgers were cooked that way. However, when mine arrived, it was pink inside. There were also just too many condiments on it which made it difficult to eat. The bun was also sweet.

They use young female waitstaff in tight clothes to up sell everything. That's my first grievance. We hadn't finished with our wine - some still in the glass and the bottle and they were asking us if we wanted another. The mushroom fontina flatbread is delicious. My burger was very good. I've had a steak there which was very good. It's nice to have another choice of place to go to in the neighborhood but they need to stop exploiting and pushing.

We had a great table with views out two wall of windows. Slightly quieter than in the main room. Ordered a number of apps - ahi tacos, deviled eggs, grilled artichoke - all very tasty, tho artichoke was messy to eat. Entrees included steak house salad, short rib stroganoff, and filet mignon. Sides were sweet potato fries and garlic mashed potatoes. Everything was tasty. Service was good and regularly checked on us to make sure we were doing ok. Would def. go again.

Two of us went for lunch. Don't order Shaved steak sandwich if you like steak medium rare or even medium. Requested it to be medium rare. It was served well overdone - and looked unappetizing (not like picture on their website!). sent it back, & they made me another one. Fries were good. Double Cheeseburger - not great - can get better next door at shake shack. Fries that came with burger were lukewarm - interesting as came at same time as other fries. Server very apologetic, & Sous Chef who remade steak sandwich brought it out & said to ask for him if we needed anything else. Also had salad to start meal - too much iceberg lettuce in the lettuce mix for the price, & stingy with croutons. Very disappointing.

We were really looking forward to trying Del Frisco's Grille and unfortunately the food was a huge flop! Found it to be quite expensive for what you got, which wouldn't have been a major deal if the food blew you away. Not the case at all. Short rib stroganoff was overwhelmingly salty to the point of it being almost inedible. Wife's chicken schnitzel was not a schnitzel at all but just a piece of standard breaded chicken accompanied by luke warm noodles and a pointless unappetizing grilled 1/2 lemon as a garnish. Just weird. Service was very good especially for being the waitresses 3rd night on the job. Overall there are just too many WAY better restaurant choices in the area. Do yourself a favor and skip this one!

This is nothing like the downtown steakhouse. The menu is good but well stepped down which is not necessarily a bad thing. The double burger is very good and comes with great French fries for $14. Not bad considering the build out of the place. The service was lacking in many ways but for what we were having it was fine. Good bar scene and beer/wine list. Worth trying again.

I had the burger. Priced fairly and was very good. My friend had the lamb burger which he thought was very good. We both had fries, which were nothing special. He also had corn chowder. Again, very good. He tried two red wines and thought both were superb. We both thought that the other things on the menu were overpriced by a few dollars. I had the lemon cake dessert. I thought at $10.50 it was way overpriced, but I have to admit it was quite good.

I found something hard in the cheesesteak rolls. Manager did come over, apologized, said he would come back when main course was served to make sure everything was ok. He never did. My main course was great except had a lot of mushrooms which it wasn't supposed to. Part of shaved steak sandwich eaten at restaurant was fine, but rest eaten at home had a lot of grizel which would have been returned if eaten at restaurant. Surprised manager did not offer to take appetizer off check or offer free dessert nor did he ever come back to see if everything else was ok as promised. We saw him at the end of the bar talking to someone most of the time we were there. None of this was our waiter's fault as he was very concerned.

I recently went here for the first time with my wife and one of my teenage daughters. Room is beautiful overlooking a lake in chestnut hill. Menu is a more casual version of what you would get at a Del Friscos. I had a Caesar salad and ribeye, both we're very good. Creamed kale was excellent. My wife loved the artichoke appetizer and I would agree it was excellent. Her seared tuna dinner was cooked perfectly but the noodles were just ok. She would have preferred just the tuna with some wasabi and soy on the side. Maybe we ask for that next time. It was pretty expensive so while kid friendly, it will be an expensive night out with the whole family.
