Attentive staff, check. Good timing between courses, check. Managers in suits, check. Attractive hostesses, check. Steak, double check. The calamari and tuna tartare were both excellent. My parents both had the duck and sang its praises. My wife had the tenderloin and was very pleased. I had the rib eye and it was one of the best steaks I have had. There was no room for dessert. Also, they have a modestly priced prix-fixe that is a real value. It was a milestone birthday for my husband, and when they found that out, we got a free slice of lemon cake to share. And when I say slice, pile might be a better word. It was huge. AND delicious, as was the rest of the food. We both ordered off the prix fixe menu. I got the crabcake with my steak, and it was as delicious as the ones I've gotten in Maryland. Meat was tender and yummy. He was attentive to us throughout the whole meal. We made some changes to an offering they had and he was more than happy to accommodate. It was a great experience and the waiter/service was amazing.Our waiter sure knew his menu. One thing that most of us noticed missing from all the wonder was something very simple. When the two loaves of bread are brought to the table, there is not an appropriate knife there to cute this delicious bread.. one must use the small table butter knife which flattens and destroys this tasty bread. Maybe this small attention to detail should be noted?

It's an opportunity to try many of the Del Frisco menu items, yet so much more. This year, the staff provided menus so people could plan their dining experience. One word of advice: pace yourself. Brunch included a raw bar with shrimp and oysters, 3 carving stations, omelettes and Eggs Benedict made to order, the usual breakfast items, desserts...and so much more. The $49.99 per person may sound pricey but if you've been to Del Frisco's before, you know it's a real value. Of special interest that night were stone crab claws, which we love, but can not find very often. They were as fresh as if we were enjoying them in the Florida Keys!
