"I wanted to treat my girlfriend to a nice dinner for her birthday. She had never been to Center City in Philadelphia. I had been to Del Friscos on previous ocassions and thought it would be a nice place to go. Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and offered her Happy Birthday wishes. It was a nice touch. We were seated promptly and the service was very fast and professional. The steaks were cooked to perfection as were the sides dishes. After dinner we shared a cheesecake that was presented with a single birthday candle. It was a very nice touch. After dinner we took a short stroll to City Hall. Overall we were very happy with the entire experience and would recommend Del Friscos."

"Since tasting the steak in Dallas 15 years ago, every tiime I went back to Dallas on business I would always insist on a visit to Del Frisco's. That was many years ago and I always hoped I would again have a chance to visit. Now with the opening in Philadelphia, the trip has been brought to me. And the taste and service is exactly what I remember. The best steakhouse in America, bar none. A must visit. Loved it!!"

"The food and service were exceptional. The staff and management made my family feel special and they went out of there way to do so. The steak might have been the best I have ever had... And I have eaten a lot of steak at a lot of acclaimed steakhoouses."

"The food was outstanding! Price was high. Waiter service was great! Interior decoration was beautiful. Highly disappointed to see hostess/bartender attire and behavior. As a professional woman bringing business clients to dinner, I can not take them into that environment. I felt like we were at the playboy club. Female attire was low cut tops, very short mini skirts with fish net stockings. The interaction of male customers with female staff was inappropriate for what could be a five star establishment. Witnessed several hands-on interactions."

"Not trendy, not fake, not fusion or ultra-hip...there are more things this restaurant isn't than what it is: perfectly executed steakhouse. Everyone in our party deemed it to be one of the best, if not the best, meal we've ever had. The fried oysters were plump, tender and perfectly crisp. The Caesar had the best dressing - lemonly, sharp, but so perfectly light. Steaks were perfectly cooked, with rich flavor. Dessert was amazing; again, perfectly executed."
