Only later did I find out there are others in some different locations. My experince then was great so glad I wasn't aware of it being part of a chain otherwise I'd have missed out on a gem.
Every visit to Vegas I do now includes dinner here, whether I just take 1 guest or a group. Thank you Del Frisco's for proving me wrong. Having visited the location in Manhattan, I knew the menu and selection would be first rate. What I did not expect was to be absolutely floored by the service and attentiveness of the wait staff. Service is outstanding, manager is phenomenal, and the most important part of the night, the food, is to die for. Make sure you are hungry before going there, because the portions are big (especially the sides which are family style). Desert is decadent and delicious. We had a wagyu beef on the bone for two, crab cakes and spicy calamari (forgetting the exact name sorry) as apps. For side we had the potato au gratin with cheese and bacon. Steaks, sides, and seafood appetizers were all excellent. Ambiance and environment worked out very well for a small group of close friends to enjoy company and a good meal. Service was very friendly and helpful.
Despite being a very high end restaurant, the check still came in lower than expected. Size and quality of steaks definitely justified prices. Side dishes were good portions for sharing (5 sides for 7 people was more than enough to complement everyone's steak). Drinks were pricey, but not outrageous considering all other aspects of the restaurant. She started a conversation with us. When our table was ready our group of eight got a prime table. It was my wife's bday and the manager Shawn came and talked to us and gave her a free cocktail, he also checked on our table through out our dining experience. Our meal was outstanding, food was prepared just the way we ordered it, could have been the best steak ever!! My husband and I were there this past Saturday evening, 3/30, for a special evening away from the kids!
We were in the mood for a great steakhouse but are not impressed with the over-the-top scenes at some of the other premier steakhouses on the strip. Being "seen" means nothing to us, we are interested in a truly fine dining experience and first class service.
Del Frisco's did not disappoint. Everything was incredible.
The bone-in filets were done to perfection! Truly a treat!
From the chopped salad to the sides, everything was delicious.
With 2 cocktails each and a full meal, our bill approached $300, so this isn't the place for those on a budget.

It's only a short distance from the strip with easy access and valet parking. Pleasant and accomodating staff to tend to your every needs. Menu had a large variety of appetizers, salads, and main entrees from which to choose.
The meal was again outstanding. The meats were excellently prepared, the sides large enough to share, and the lemon cake dessert was a great ending to the meal.

I was hosting a celebration, and needed everything to be perfect. It was. The staff was exceptional. They followed my written requests to a T. I cannot say enough about our waitress. So great!

We started off with a wedge salad with blue cheese and their chopped salad. Great starters. We then went on the main dishes. I ordered the filet mignon (medium rare) and it tasted like butter. Perfectly cooked and an amazing piece of meat. My friend had their salmon with a white sauce which was delectable. We both shared our meals AND we had to order their lobster mac n' cheese. We polished everything off our plates. Then we were given the choice of a chocolate lava cake or slice of lemon cake. We chose the chocolate lava with their homemade vanilla ice cream.
