There is a need for Black and White Napkins depending on clothes as it does class up the establishment. The bar scene even hops on certain nights. One of the best wine lists in town if you bring your cash. The location is a smaller version of their Manhattan masterpiece. Del's salad is off the chart (how can it not be with 2 slices of bacon on top), crab lump in a martini glass appetizers along with shrimp with different sauces were amazing, bone in filet was spectacular and a variety of shared sides like sweet potatoes, and veggies made the meal a night to be remembered. They chose Del Frisco's. The food and service were both excellent. Just the right amount of attentiveness without hovering. There was never a need to search out a waiter. They seemed to sense just when you needed something. Everyone ordered steak, which is a favorite for all in attendance and we all thought it was fabulous. HOWEVER, the noise level was incredible. We had to practically yell at each other in order to be heard. The bar was full of people having a great time, but the noise level was way more than we expected to encounter in a restaurant of this caliber. We make a special point of going on our anniversary every year. The food is always outstanding and the staff is always personable and knowledgeable. The steaks are cooked perfect and the asparagus is unlike anywhere else. The calamari appetizer has a little "kick" which is welcome to us! However, the over-relaxation of dress requirements resulting in customers wearing sleeveless t-shirts, torn blue jeans with holes, rally format baseball caps, etc. results in an uncomfortable atmosphere when dining in the evening at a high-end restaurant. This was a dress code expected at a Ryan's Steakhouse, not Del Frisco's.

Only compliant was steak was cooked a little more than medium rare and my wife was closer to well done. Our waiter was Matt - we relayed to Matt that our goal was to have a great dinner in an hour or less. He made every effort to make this happen and it did. He is an excellent waiter. The food and drink were excellent as well. My husband loves Del Frisco's. We brougt our 14 year old there for a Queens feast a while back ..... and she now loves Del Frisco's ... she only wanted to come to your restaurant for her Birthday in November - so you have a new Customer now as well ! I've been here nearly a dozen times and without fail, the place always meets or exceeds the high expectations that I have of it. The food is amazing, including both the quality of the meats and their preparation. The staff is very professional; the bartenders, servers, sommelier, valet etc all provide a professional level of service that is to be applauded. All-in-all, this is an amazing restaurant with a formal-casual atmosphere where you can have a great meal with friends or a romantic evening. This time we were seated next to two large parties which were very noisy. Food is always terrific and abundant but the groups next to us were very distracting.
