"Dined at Deep Blu while vacationing at the Wyndham in Dec. and had wonderful dinner. Ordered the Poke, Sea Bass, and Scallops. Chef visited our table to check on our dining experience, wonderful..our Waiter was well informed and very engaging. Returned for a week in mid March for vacation anticipating a repeat of our experience. Had reservations for 7:30, Hostess said we had to wait..she didn't have any menus?? After standing for 5 minutes my husband asked why we were left standing, and the very young looking Hostess rolled her eyes, then finally seated us. Chef must've had the night off..nothing tasted fresh, Sea Bass was greasy, Scallops had burned flavor, Poke was disappointing. Waiter needed more training. We won't be back."

"My boyfriend and I had not seen each other in two months and wanted something very romantic and special for our time together. Everything from the outstanding service to the wonderful food was above my expectations. We tried a few new items off the menu and will be making Deep Blu a staple whenever we are in Orlando again!"

"Great Time!! Went for the first time with another couple for a new culinary experience. Was not dissapointed..... Food and service was very good.Chefs Halibut preparation was great. Not impressed with the poke tuna sampler, but all the other entrees were great. Special touch on the complimentary dessert for the birthday celebration.. 1921 bar after dinner drink was nice. Beautiful bar staff and very good sevice.... Good Job! Best of Luck!! Albert"

"I read reviews of others diners and was anticipating a nice evening. However, would not recommend this place to anyone. Started out OK, but errors began shortly thereafter. Gave waiter our requests. We emptied our water glasses and no refills until entrees came. Our ordered appetizers of tuna poke three ways arrived, but were not what we ordered. Waiter came back with the correct appetizers in about 10 min. Still no promised bread. Then waited a long time for our seafood entrees. Ok, but think they sat on heating table awhile. Pointed out side dish had not arrived. All in all, not a memorable evening."

"Amazing food, great experience. I have eaten at this restaurant twice and both times have been wonderful. All the fish is flown in daily. The sushi was some of the best I have ever had (I've eaten several times at Nobu, Tao, and other well known sushi restaurants around the country). The restuarant overlooks the pool and palm trees which are beautifully lit at night."

"the food was above average. A little high priced but it is a resort.
They were not ready for us at the time of our reservation, not sure why because when we were seated 15 minutes and 6 drinks later there were at least 10 empty tables. I am sure they were trying to get more business for the lobby bar.

The only problem with the waitstaff was the promptness when we asked for something, and they seemed to rush us out. They were like hawks waiting for us to finish so they could clear or plates. The waiter asked two of our party if they were finished and they were still chewing their food."
