Although it was inclement wether, we had a nice booth by the window. The food, as always, was excellent. Our Waiter was very good - each order had a specal request and all cam out perfectly. Cannot imagine eating inside with such a gorgeous view outside.4/10/2013 12:00:00 AMAfter changing our table forAfter changing our table for the third time, we had to end up eating inside because the music was so loud you couldn't talk to the person next to you. frankly, we could not understand why the music had to be that loud. it's hardly pleasant when you can't talk to dinner partners. The food is exceptional and we would go back but the music issue should be addressed. In the noise category I would hardly call it energetic. We started off with a few apps; Conch & shrimp fritters, spinach and cheese dip with chips, & the fried calamari. All phenomenal. For entrees, 3 people in our party got the short ribs. The birthday girl got crabcakes. Another friend got the bacon wrapped meatloaf. And I got the New York strip with garlic green beans and mashed potatoes. So yummy and great portion size. We sat outside which was lovely and not loud at all. Our server was attentive and helpful when it came to deciding on entrees. I don't remember her name, but she was very nice. I would definetly recommend this restaurant.3/27/2013 12:00:00 AMDelray Intracoastal GemDeck 84 never lets me down. I love to bring all of our out-of-state friends to this restaurant. The energy at Deck 84 is amazing. The food is always delicious from the salads to their fish specials. Everybody loves Delray and Deck 84 has their own parking lot and us Floridians know how wonderful that is. Deck 84 is for the young and young at heart.3/24/2013 12:00:00 AM
