de Santos - ManhattanGood date spot.Great food & serviceWaiting for a friend, I got to chat with Eric (bartender) who was very friendly and also informed me of their Monday happy hour. Upon my friend's arrival, we were seated right away. The waiter was attentive w/ water/bread served immediately. My friend loved the look of the space; intimate & cozy.
For food, we ordered the Truffle Mac n Cheese as an appetizer, Shrimp Spinach Fettuccine and Rack of Lamb. You can def taste the truffle on the Mac n Cheese. It was decadent but a bit too liquidy (not sure how else to describe it) for my taste. I was delighted by the curry flavors of the pasta. Delicious and light! The rack of lamb perfectly cooked. Overall great food and good service.

Great service, energetic atmosphere and superb food make this place one of my favourites. I had the steak sandwich with truffle fries, very tasteful.
