A word from DaVinci's Eatery
Reservations on Friday and Saturday nights are limited to larger parties only. However, walk-ins are welcomed on those evenings.

DaVinci’s is located in the historic Bates Mill Complex on 150 Mill St. in Lewiston, Maine and has been serving area guests since opening our doors in 1996 at our original location on 35 Canal Street.

Our menu features house made Garlic Knots, Fresh Soups, Specialty Pizzas, and a wide array of Italian Specialties. We offer extensive lists of craft beers and wine, as well as full bar service.

Inside you’ll experience a casual atmosphere with décor accented by the Mill’s original brickwork and wooden beams, as well as a collection of Vespa scooters and antique bicycles. Our brick oven and exhibition kitchen help complement your dining experience.

Rolls (one of the top reasons we love this place) never came until the salad. There was no energy, no enthusiasm, no joy shared with us - as we had come to count on.   • "My fiance and I were very pleased how courteous and professional our server was. We got our food without having to wait forever and it was hot and tasted very well. The intervals between our starters and the entrees was perfect timing. We love the decor of the place and when you're there it seems very cozy and comfortable. I was surprised how little or Bill was. I was expecting to pay about a hundred since we had two starters and entrees and drinks. It was only 68 dollars! We were full and still had left overs to take home. Iwill be going back to davincis!"

  • "Our experience was wonderful! The ambiance was great and our server was awesome! I had bruschetta as an appetizer and my partner had the sausage stuffed mushrooms - both were superb! He had the Linguine Vongole - baby clams sauteed with wonderful herbs and spices over pasta. I had Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken another superb dish! We enjoyed wonderful drinks - my partner's Long Island Ice Tea was one of the best he had had. The wine selection was very good as well! The desserts were wonderful as well! He had Tirimisu and I had a lemon cake with a delicious white sauce and ice cream. It was a wonderful dining experience - one in which we want to experience again soon!!"

The restaurant is huge and can accommodate a lot of people without ever feeling crowded, busy, or noisy. As some of our party are gluten free eaters we appreciated that they offer gluten free choices. We have been many times and we highly recommend it."

  • "I Know Things Change But Unfortunately For Restaurants Getting Bigger Doesn't Always Equal Better. The Food Just Doesn't Taste The Same As It Did Ten Years Ago. The Penne Was Well Overcooked. I've Had Better Alfredo From A Jar And The Steak Tips Were Tough And Bland. The Place Is Huge Now And Can Accommodate A Much Larger Crowd Which Is Good If You Just Want To Meet For Drinks And A Quick Meal. The Food However Has Become Forgettable."

A real plus was an extensive gluten free menu which one in our group had. Unfortunately she found the fish to be slightly overcooked. Nonetheless, we would return."

  • "I was not impressed by the food served at the Divinci Restaurant. The 'garlic' knots, contained hardly any garlic at all. I ordered the chicken fettachini alfredo and my wife ordered another dish that had chicken in it. Our chicken was so grisly that almost every bite resulted in an unsuspecting crunch. It was so bad that I ate around the chicken and ate the noodles instead. As for the alfredo, I would liken it more to a 'white sauce' than alfredo. Where's the seasoning? A good alfredo is cheese, cream and GARLIC. Once again this place lacks garlic, the staple for italian food, in my opinion. I will take my business elsewhere unless the recipes and food quality improves here."

  • "We took out of town guests to eat. It was extremely good as usual. We eat at DaVinci's every few weeks. It is consistently good. We highly recommend it. It is located in an old mill building with exposed beams and high ceilings. There are lots of "hard" surfaces so it can be very noisy. But the food is worth it. GO!"
