Overall space in the restaurant is tight in general but manageable. Brunch menu was great and had a wide selection to accommodate our group of meat eaters and vegietarians. The service was exceptional and overall wait time for the food order was on par with other locations that have large group orders. Service was impeccable, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting,like a cozy inn. Best of all, the food was divine, easily the best I have had in D.C., and I'm tough to please having lived in San Francisco and NYC. The chef is amazing and more than willing to accommodate individual preferences or diets. I'm vegan and it's tough eating out, but the wonderful side dishes -- sauteed spinach, lentils, sauteed mushrooms, roasted potatoes, and more -- made an entire meal for me. Another time she actually came upstairs to discuss pasta dishes, since I didn't see any vegan options. She made a special dish for me -- pasta w/ chard and tomato sauce, yum!
