The service was perfect and the food experience was one of our top experiences in the world of dining! We dine at upscale specialty chef restaurants whenever we have the opportunity and Dante is in a class of its own. We loved that service was perfect and not stuffy at all. The atmosphere is wonderful and the food is perfectly executed and was incredibly delicious! I have celiac disease (gluten intolerance) and my food pairing was wonderful ( a lot of flavor and great sauces, unlike some chefs who think that they have to make things plain."

  • "Two of our five guests had never been here before and LOVED it! We sat in the front window table which gave us good table space for all the plates we ordered. We started with the Calamari appetizer then moved onto multiple different items in the different sizes which the guests liked. All of our items were perfectly prepared and portions were plentiful. Katie was our server who was personable and efficient. A shout out to Phil the General Manager who took my requests on wine and stayed on budget and brought us a few bottles we had not enjoyed before. Can't wait to come back."

Our cocktails were very well made, and they didn't skimp on the blue cheese olives for our dirty martini. The lobster spring roll was tasty, and quite filling, if expensive. For our entrees we got the rabbit saddle with homemade gnocci and mahi mahi with grilled peaches, both of which were delicious. The desserts looked great, but we didn't have room, so we'll have to come back another evening."

  • "For the 3rd year in a row, my bride and had dinner at Dante's to celebrate our anniversary. We were not disappointed. Again, a great menu that is difficult to deal with because there are so many dishes we wanted to have. We are learning though to split some things so that we get get more tastes. Generally we do not order dessert, but we consistently break that rule at Dante's. Outstanding dessert menu. This is out favorite restaurant in town Very nice happy hour specials as well."

  • "We had a late night dinner reservation. Everything was ready when we arrived. The valet service helped since it was raining. The bar was really alive but we went to a quieter room where we were met immediately by our waiter. We were new there, so the waiter explained the menu and helped us with our selections. You can get taster size, appetizer size, or full course on many of the items. Everything was served with an elegant presentation and taste was wonderful. They have an ice cream sampler (4 kinds( from a long list of homemade ice creams) that was a great dessert. Forgot to mention the baked right there and is delicious. We had to hold back to be sure we had room for the delicious courses that followed. Highly recommended."

  • "a group of us went here for my sister's birthday. The food lived up to all the hype that it got on reviews I had read, we all tried different dishes and all turned out amazing. I am vegan and they were able to accommodate my needs, while still maintaining wonderful flavor combinations. My sister said it was one of the best meals she ever had. Our waitress Katie was so cool, and she gave us great ideas. They also gave my sister a drink on the house and a bday dessert!!!! We cannot wait to come back, everything was perfect."

  • "Really wonderful innovative restaurant. I recommend coming with a person or people who are willing to share - the menu is a lot of small to medium plates. My suggestions: Order the Tuna Tartare appetizer. It is seriously one of the best dishes I've ever had. Order tastings of all 3 pastas. They change from time to time and they are always incredible. Try the polenta. So good. Duck and Mahi Mahi were excellent as well. Our server was fantastic (don't remember her name) and very knowledgeable. The only down side was the pacing - some of the dishes took a while to come out. I have not experienced this in previous visits though - maybe the kitchen was just backed up. Highly recommended!"

  • "Celebrated my husband's birthday at Dante this past weekend. Began with specialty cocktails & wine by the glass. Starters included oysters, goat cheese tart, calamari & shrimp. All were excellent! Oysters were fresh & perfectly briny. Warm goat cheese tart had a balsamic glaze. Calamari & shrimp were cooked perfectly and had a delicious dipping sauce. Next we shared two different polentas & greens. The pork one was our favorite, but both were excellent. Greens were a nice contrast. Had a wonderful bottle of Italian red wine for dinner. Entrees included ribeye, rabbit & ravioli. All were very good, although not quite as amazing as appetizers (maybe we were getting full). Dessert was an almond joy creation & after dinner drinks. Great meal!"

  • "I went with 2 other people and we got the 5 Course Meal for $65. The Chef chooses which dishes to serve for each course, but is willing to cater the menu to any of the diners specifications. First dish was tuna tartar, which I had never had before but was delicious. The second was lobster spaghetti. The third was duck. Then a dessert like dish to cleanse the palate. And, finally dessert. Every dish was top of the line. The service was great, attentive and informative. We really couldn't ask for a better experience."

  • "Great reputation but we caught a bad night. Tha fish appetizer was inedible and the server agreed and removed them I ordered the rib steak.It certainly was not prime. It was chewy and had gristle making it a bad choice. The server acted approritely and took it off the bill and offered a replacement and gave us a lovely dessert. We had a nice $60 red and my wifes pork tenderloin was OK.There were qute a number of youngsters so the noise level was high. We will try again but not soon. I almost never send anything back but for $36 you should get a prime steak."
