I had recieved a gift card so we decided to try it out.
We had a corner table outside and the view was breathtaking. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and very very tender. I especially appreciated the fact that they asked us to check our steak when they served it to insure it was right rather than wait for us to complain if we were not happy. That was a nice touch. Service throughtout our meal was superior!
I have eaten in a number of 5 star resaurantents and this one ranks right at the top with the best of them.

In the comment section I noted the three in our family who have a variety of food intolerances and I requested mashed potatoes without dairy if that was possible. Oh my goodness, our waiter had all of our notes and was so careful and accommodating to all of our needs. There are so few places that we can all be happy dining any more and everyone (including my 8 and 11 year old) was so pleased with their meal! We've always had excellent service at Daniel's but this went above and beyond. Local oysters to start, super fresh bread, and a Daniel's filet mignon was perfectly seasoned and prepared. (Go for the double baked potato as well). Special kudos to our sommelier who recommended a great bottle of wine at our price point. Our waiter provided excellent service spacing out the appetizers and meal perfectly. The wine list is extensive, and I found a domestic pinot gris that tasted like it was from Italy! It came back perfect. This was our third time at Daniel's Broiler, and was better than our second time, but not quite as good as the first. The second time my girlfriend had a small chunk of cork in her glass of white wine. We always go at 7 pm on May 3rd for the view of the sunset on our anniversary, so it was quite easy to see (fortunately it's been sunny all three times). I don't recall what else wrong with the second time, but my review from last year is probably no longer applicable. We're looking forward to going again next year. The food and service are excellent and the drinks are strong. With salmon, halibut, two salads and four cocktails, the bill came to $175ish including tip. The service is good, the location is good (parking is validated), and the new outdoor seating is fantastic with good weather. We had great weather and the view was wonderful. The prices are a bit steep even for fine dining so its not a place we could frequent.

My wife and I just went there for our twenty-second wedding anniversary. Made reservations through OpenTable and requested window seating. The hostess confirmed this when we came in and we were treated to an excellent view.
My wife has food allergies and we are finicky about food. Our server, Todd, was very accommodating. Our water glasses were always full without asking for refills. I drink lots of water and this is a benchmark for me as on how attentive the staff is.
My wife’s filet did come in a little overdone. We loved the scenery, the atmosphere of the bar and the restaurant, the polite and helpful staff and of course the food. I've never been in a restaurant where I was treated as well as I was on Saturday. Our waiter, Roy, was outstanding. He spent time answering all of our questions and made sure we had everything we wanted and more. I will definately recommend this location to my friends and family.
