A word from Daniela's Restaurant
Authentic Northern Italian, Romanian, Hungarian cuisine.

In our journey we learned that wherever life may take you, there is always something that's going to bring you back home to your mother's home-made cooking. At Daniela's, you'll say, "It's just like my mom used to make it." No matter where you come from, let home-made food take you back in time in a friendly and relaxing atmosphere.

Why we are unique…
My sister and I combine authentic cuisine from the best of good old Europe, recipes that are based on centuries-old traditions and freshly made in our kitchen.

Start with home-made fresh bread, then from the Pasta capital of the Northern Italy, home-made Lasagne Verdi and Tortellini, the famous Ragu alla Bolognese, with freshly grind Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. Oh and the Tiramisu, smoothest you'll ever taste in Southwest Florida.

At Daniela's Restaurant there's something healthy cooking for everybody.

We are locals and have been to Daniela's several times. One of our favorites although we don't get there as often as we would like. Comfort food is their specialty and we are never disappointed. Corey is always very friendly and welcoming although service gets a little slow when the place gets busy. Be patient and you will be rewarded. They are celebrating their 5th anniversary in a week or so. Come and join the party!

We decided to eat here on a whim, just passing by and saw the sign so I googled it, and made a reservation via open table. The service was excellent, server was polite, and very friendly, answered our questions. Excellent maturity for a such a young woman. The food was stupendous! All four of us ordered something different none of us could find a single thing to complain about. Very flavorful and the portion sizes were just about right, maybe a little more than I needed :) Daniella visited our table a talked with us about the food, the restaurant and life in general and we really enjoyed the company and conversation. We will definitely visit Daniella's again when in town.

We really have enjoyed our several experiences--all for dinner. The staff works very hard , try to meet or exceed our expectations and do everything to ensure we have a positive experience. Menu reflects new and familiar options. We live nearby so we feel we are supporting the hard working owners.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with the menu offerings. Various choices of Italian specialty ravioli, as well as regional Eastern European dishes that are uncommon to most of the restaurants we have frequented. Everything appears to be homemade and prepared with pride. The owners do it all and so they take special care in what is served. Because it is family owned and operated, one might have to expect a little bit more of a wait during peak hours. But, was worth the wait for us. Prices are also very reasonable. I would be very disappointed if I could not return and sample other menu offerings. I am looking forward to my next visit.

The best part of Daniela's is the food. It is family run and all food is made on the premises. There on a Sat. night in season and service off a little. Mostly it is excellent. Violin player, good, cute but a bit too loud. The menu great, so many good choices.Reasonably priced.

It is not an overly large space, so it can become close when full. They have added an outside area, so this will add more available seating I will definitely be returning many times.

we have been to daniela's three times and have recommended it to 2 other groups that went there. we have found the service to be SLOW and not warm and friendly. the staff seem irritated at our requests. i love the menu options - vegan, glutten free and that is what instigatged our first visit. unfortunaltey we are not sure we would go back due to the chippy manner in which the staff spoke to us and the slow service. they looked overwhelmed and not like they were enjoying the group.

Having a reservation our party of 4 arrived to find our table to be the worst one right by the door (which was open to admit the cool breezy air). After several minutes we finally got someone to take out drink order. Time passed before we had the opportunity to order our dinner. Food was good but it took a LONG time to pay the bill. Definitely more help is needed. Summertime will be the time to come back.

Daniella's is close to my house so I've been there several times. The food is consistently good and the owners are very nice. Tonight we sat outside which was beautiful and quiet. Our service was horrible though. We got water quickly but nobody came back to take our order or bring bread for about 20 mins. When our food came we had to ask for bread. Also it took 35 min to get our check. That included time after the server knew we were ready for the check. It was a busy night inside the restaurant, but if they are not staffed to serve customers outside, they should not make that seating area available.

After finishing our appetizers and 20 mins elapsed, I asked the Maitre D who is also co-owner and a server "could you please check on our meal" and her response was "when it's ready it will come out" I knew this place wasn't for me. Then when we paid the check my brothers credit card disappeared (it had happened at another table right next to ours 5 mins before) and they were nasty and rude about misplacing it. It took another 10 minutes for them to find it where it was left on a counter next to the cash register. VERY DISORGANIZED and OVERWHELMED!!

Hubby and I went for Valentines Day, 2014. We had a reservation, which is necessary during season here in the Naples area. We got to the door, and since there is no "hostess" we stood there, very uncomfortably until a young lady came up and asked us about a reservation. I told her our name and she couldn't find it, not because it wasn't there, but because she couldn't read the handwriting of someone who recorded reservations for the night. We got there at 6:30, early for most. There were only two tables of people eating at that time. Took 15 minutes after seating to order. Food was very bland. White wine was presented "room temp" as they didn't have any cold ones left. Server never came back to the table after food arrived.

Went to Daniela's to celebrate an early Valentine's Day dinner with my husband. I had seen the menu and was excited to try some Hungarian food in a new place-my family is Hungarian. I was not disappointed-chose the vegetarian stuffed cabbage for my entree, my husband chose and Italian dish. We had a couple of drinks, shared two different salads and were pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality of the food. Very good seasonings, good service, we will definitely return and bring some friends!!! Thank you Chef Daniela for your attention to us, see you again soon!!! Keep up the good work!

As usual, found the food and service to be great. As it is high season, the restaurant is very busy but the food was excellent. Think reservations are now a must, and it does take a bit longer to get the food. But, when it comes, it is prepared well and very tasty. It is hot, so you know it does not sit. Always like going here and shall return many times.

This was our 3rd time at Daniella's. The food was very good, but the experience was not. After making the reservations we were called and told we would be eating outside, no tables available inside. The weather was good, so we said ok. When we arrived there were inside tables available, but we were seated outside. The noise from the street was a bit distracting. The picnic benches around the table were uncomfortable. And the server seemed to forget we were out there. Every time we thought she was coming out she was stopped by someone inside and turned around. I am hoping this was an aberration. We were bringing friends there after bragging to them how good the restaurant was, and we were all disappointed by the evening.

While the food is tasty, its presentation is poor. Entrees have no accompanying vegetables or anything that provides color. Salads at $3.50 extra are of poor quality. The bread basket was large but little bread was provided and there was no butter. Wiener schnitzel was not hot when served and had to be sent back to the kitchen. The quality does not justify the prices.
