The staff was quick with water and soon after our waitress appeared to take drink orders. She returned with beverages and gave us the daily specials and then gave us time to decide returning after about 10 minutes. We all ordered and were accommodated with special requests. Appetizers arrived and the rest of the meal was suitably spaced to give us time to enjoy each dish. The food is amazing... the sea scallops were tender & moist, veal dishes were deliciously tender/flavorful, pasta was wonderful & sauce outstanding, salmon equally wonderful. We had lovely desserts... amaretto cheesecake and almond cheesecake to finish our meals. We live im Richfield and were truly sad when "The Bistro" closed.
