  • "This was wonderful place to celebrate my birthday. We were treated royally with incredible service, wonderful food and a lovely view of the inter coastal waterway. We definitely plan on returning. "

  • "Lovely surprise located in boutique hotel in Ft Lauderdale. Excellent Italian cuisine. Interesting menu."

  • "Love this place. My wife and I have been there several times, alone, with another couple and once with a large group. Always great service and great food. Of course the fresh mozzarella is a star but the seafood risotto is outstanding. A little hard to find but worth the search."

  • "This place sports a beautiful view of Ft. Lauderdale's intracoastal waterway. Upscale atmosphere with reasonable prices AND, fresh pulled mozzarella table side…yes science at it's best, & you get to eat it!! We started with the pesto mozzarella, love the garlic paste! Our well spoken waiter, Robert was very informative and guided us thru a most delicious "Tapas-type" dinner…we followed with the Calamari Fritti, then shared the jumbo meatball and finished off the evening enjoying the beautiful view awaiting the made to order Tiramisu Souffle…a must have!! When you pull up to the hotel you will notice there is no self parking so valet... the Manager will validate your ticket! Thoroughly enjoyed this meal and looking forward to returning soon!"

  • "The staff are knowledgeable, yet friendly. The atmosphere was outstanding and the food was perfection with my favorite being the mozzarella prepared tableside."

  • "I will be back for the fresh pulled table side mozzarella, everything else is mediocre. Dessert is also very good make sure you ask ahead for the tiramisu soufflé so you do not have to wait as long!"

  • "Stayed in the hotel, and came here for the handpulled mozzarella. Freshly prepared by your table! Best mozzarella I've ever had! Order the super mozzarella, and you'll get plenty of food enough for two."

  • "Very good food. Everything was fresh. We were just disappointed for the wine we choose. For a bottle at $80 dollars it wasn't worth..."

  • "This place has amazing food and the atmosphere is great. Downside is the service...can be a little slow, but overall my experience at Campo Osteria was great."

  • "was one of the best restaurants in a hotel I have ever been too. Table side mozzarella appetizer was great, service was excellent, very enjoyable meal."

  • "Great View for lunch or dinner. Wait staff is always friendly and welcoming."

  • "Overall food and ambience were great. Special Mozzarella served with a demonstration was a nice surprise. Although at times I did not think the wait staff was very attentive. Also, had special request. I asked for pasta with puttanesca sauce. There was a dish that contained scallops with puttanesca sauce on the menu. The price was $30. That is what I was charged for the pasta without the scallops. Didn't notice it until after I left. I felt I was overcharged. It would have been inconvenient to return and we left the next day to return home. So double check your check."

  • "This was the worst food I have ever had. All show but does not deliver the goods. We had the mozzarrella made at table side, it was hard and bland. The tomato sauce for the lobster Fra Diavolo was from a can. The waiter was overwelmed. All in all a poor experience."

  • "Food $68.  Booze $60.  Total with tip $165.  Free valet parking. Calamari Fritti - excellent and crispy.  $11 Penne Pizzaiola - very filling...doggie bag for an excellent lunch the next day $19. Maiale Pork Chop bone in - a bit overdone but still wonderful.  Potato served cool, kinda spoiled it.  $28 Tiramisu soufflé dessert - $10.  A real treat, somewhat like bread pudding. Mixed drinks a bit overpriced at $11.50 each.  Wine by glass reasonable at $8-10. Small restaurant in small boutique residence hotel.  Very nice...great water views but guests a little noisy while enjoying themselves.  Waiter quite attentive.  Would go back. Maybe my fav place here and got it from Open Table 1000 point plan."

  • "The Fresh Puled Mozzarella was Outstanding delicius! The Pasta That My guests had (two Lady's) was not good, they don't like it Both It Was Tasteless! My Roasted Tomato Soup was Outstanding Good, but i can't eat anymore after the Mozzarella. My vegitarian-Pasta was not so good as all well the others! It taste like nothing. For the long waiting we had a free glasses of whine that was pretty good! The live-Event was not inside the dinning room. We don't see at this saturday no event. I Would recommend this restaurant to a friend only for the outstanding Fresh Pulled Mozzarella! Not for the Pastas."

  • "I was recommended by my cousin Neil who ate here many times for its quiet ambience and good food. We had a romantic booth towards the back of the restaurant. The service was excellent. The wine was great. The food, with its limited menu, was very good. But the quiet was broken up by seven women's girls night out next to our table. And they were a pleasure. WE sang happy birthday to my girlfriend Rachel and the whole restaurant joined in. This turned out to be a great dining experience. I higly recommmend Da Campo Osteria to anyone who wants to have a good time."

  • "I was a little disappointed at first because we had requested a table when we made the reservation and the host took us to a booth. Although the booths there are roomy I don't enjoy my meals in a booth. He did switch us to a table, not a good one, but a table. We were there for the food not the view. We all enjoyed are pre dinner cocktails. We shared the crispy eggplant appetizer. It was very good. We had the tomato soup and the house salad both of which are excellent. I ordered the fresh angel hair pasta with clams and shrimp in a scampi sauce. It could have used a few more clams. my guest had the chicken that had a showstopper presentation and was delicious. my other guest went with the wild salmon."

  • "The Chef's table allows you to interact with the kitchen as they are preparing the meals right in front of you it was great fun. We let him do his thing and we were not disappointed. We started with the homemade (made table side) Mozarella - Sergio our server suggested his favorite "Terra" warm gooey mozzarella served with grilled figs and freshly sliced prosciutto was WOW! The menu included and amuse bouche, with grilled octopus salad, fried eggplant, rib filled ravioli, grilled scallops over the an incredible risotto cake, and finally an delicate tiramisu soufflé! It sounds expensive but an incredible value! Thanks Chef Ray and his Team Stephanie and Sonia - Stephanie is a promising up and comer! We will be back!"

  • "This was a 1000 point place and wanted to try someplace new...and what a delight it was - from free valet parking to good service and great Italian food.  Can't wait to go again.  Dinner for two came to $145 with drinks.  The view is the Intracoastal waterway.  Boutique hotel as well. Everyone makes you feel very welcome...and our waiter, Sergio, was the best. A very good Caesar salad ($12), and Calamari Fritti ($11) to start. The penne pizzaiola $19) and paglia e fiend ($19) were outstanding. Desserts...a huge Tiramisu souffle ($10) that was outasight. So was the delicious white chocolate bread pudding $10).  Finished with a great coffee and we are going to go again next week. A very enjoyable night out. Might be my new fav place."

  • "We go to this restaurant at least once every 3 months. They prepare fresh Mozzarella table side and serve it with great sides! Everything on the menu is fresh, hot and very delicious. They have never disappointed us since they opened! Keep up the great job! Sergio was our server and he is terrific, too!"

  • "Had an enjoyable reunion with a retired colleague. Nice service. Food took a while, but was good. Only thing that woudl have been better would have been outside waterfront dining. Apparnetly, you have to order a box lunch to eat outside."

  • "Located in the il Lugano boutique hotel on the intercostal, this wonderful restaurant is a find. The view of the intercostal is charming...the table side mozzarella preparation is wonderful (we enjoyed the pesto)...the salmon was outstanding, as well as the scallop entree...truly delicious. We were welcomed warmly upon arrival. Chef Raymond came to our table to personally make sure everything wAs satisfactory, and our server Robert was very attentive in every way. Overall a beautiful dining experience. The beauty of the hotel lobby is a sight to remember. Highly recommended....glad we discovered this charmer!"

  • "I wanted a special place for my husband's birthday. We had a table by the window looking out at the intracoastal. The mozzarella prepared at the table was a mini-show in itself and was absolutely delicious. The homemade pasta was terrific as was the rest of the food. The service was great except for a minor issue of having to ask for more water instead of having our glasses filled for us when they were getting empty. Will go back again."

  • "Girls weekend to FLL. I found the restaurant through TripAdvisor. The fresh mozzarella prepared table side is amazing. Beyond amazing. All our meals were delicious. The fresh pasta was delicious. Our server, Robert was fantastic- knew his stuff and a delight to enhance our experience."

  • "I have been to DCO numerous times in the past few years. I went to lunch the other day the place was empty ? One table of 6 gals, after they left we were the only ones left. This place needs to find a new market/ promotions etc Try Blue moon --- Two for one lunches the place is packed. The only special was via Yelp a free glass of Processco !!! Please who drinks Italian bubbly at lunch. I asked our bartender/waiter/ hostess to substitute processco for glass of white wine !!!!! You think I would have asked for cavier . no no no we can't do that . This is maybe why the place had only two tables at lunch. Now the food : I had a wonderful pizza and my friend had an outstanding burger. Yes the food is very good. Try it you will like it. Dennis"

  • "Delicious hand crafted food served with a willing smile in an intimate atmosphere. The fresh mozzarella table side could be accompanied by a diverse delicious list of goodies including figs drizzled with balsamic reduction and paper thin prosciutto. We were asked quite a few times if there was anything we needed by our server and manager. Our table had two views- one of the bustling kitchen and one of the peaceful intercostal. My only concern was the closeness of some tables. Many thanks for a lovely atmosphere to reunite with family members."

  • "Always looking for something new or different when dining out. Very impressed by this restaurant, impeccable service, outstanding food and an all around great evening. The table made fresh mozzarella is not only amazing but also adds to a unique dining experience. Server was very knowledgeable and pleasant. My husband and I dined here Saturday night and are still raving about our meal. We felt it was one of the best restaurants we have ever dined at. Everyone was friendly and seemed to really care that we have a great meal. We will definitely be going back many times!!!"

  • "*Food was ok, the super mozzarella is why I take friends to this place The manager had an *Attitude and tried to joke about missing our reservation by more than 90 minutes. We all ended up with *Indigestion. There was a total *Lack of planning on management...they knew how many people had reservations and when--the manager told me they didn't realize they would have all these people --really!?!? We have dined here many times before and our recent experience was totally *Unexpected. They did not honor our *Reservations. They were unable to manage our *Expectations for the service. We were told our bottles of wine would be comp'ed and they were not, instead we got some generic "Chefs" business card that could be redeemable for a "free" drink"
