The small bar is centrally located in the main room and manned by a knowledgable and friendly bartender. This is not your typical Italian restaurant. The owner is always creating new dishes that push the envelope of what you would expect. But even the regular dishes are outstanding. The waiters are professional in every way. There is no place that we look forward to having dinner as much as Benito's. In all of my years of going there, we have never had anything but a wonderful experience. The staff is incredibly attentive, Benny is always there to make sure it is a perfect experience and Benny's cooking can compete with any restaurant in the world. There is a reason why the NY Times gave Benito's a rare 3 out of 4 stars the one time they reviewed 10 years ago or so.
