  • CYPRUS Bistro & Café is a chef-owned restaurant located in the historical downtown of Campbell. Our menu represents a fusion of Mediterranean cuisines with a particular focus on Eastern Mediterranean: Greece, Turkey, Lebanon & Syria with additional influences from Southern Italy, France, Spain as well as Egypt. We believe that the cuisine of Cyprus is a quintessence of it – “an amalgam of flavors” which have interlaced for centuries. We use only highest quality organic, natural, seasonal and local - whenever available – ingredients in combination with exotic and original herbs and spices. All our dishes are prepared from scratch and fresh to order. Our unique selection of over 80 wines includes only organic, biodynamic and sustainable choices -- all of them available by the glass. CYPRUS' mission is to re-define “fine dining”, create relaxing yet refined environment with great attention to detail and fulfill the most demanding requests to ensure greatest dining experience.
