Cygnus 27Discover/Rediscover Cygnus 27!We had not been there in YEARS when we had dinner at Cygnus about a year ago. We were scouting locations for our wedding dinner that was coming in August, and figured we'd better check the food quality and the wine list. We were so pleased with the food and service that we requested the two servers from that evening be our servers for the wedding.
We've been back 5-6 times over the last year and each time dinner has been wonderful. There's a graciousness and elegance about the place, without the pretense that some display.

It would be GREAT on a clear night - beautiful view of sunset (I suppose). Excellent service (but not very busy). Lauren and Kristen were wonderful, made excellent suggestions.

Coming from a moderate wealth suburb, this restaurant was truly elegant. Everything felt perfect and of high quality and high class. It is a must to have a friendly dinner here with your friends, and would be perfect for a romantic dinner.
