  • "I had young family visiting from out of state and I wanted to take them somewhere only offered in Ocala, that'd be memorable, upscale, clean, and inviting. We had our own space, so we didn't have to keep shushing each other as the drinks brought up our noise level, which was good considering the rest of the restaurant was very quiet. We were somewhat noisy but tucked away enough not to bother anyone. The service, from Dave, was impeccable. I know we were a handful but he seemed to not to notice. The food was good. I tried the bison meatballs, very tasty, also the clams rockefeller delicious, and we also had Banana's Foster and the cheesecake for dessert. We had a lovely, memorable night thanks to the hospitality and quality at Cuveé."

  • "second time at Cuvee, menu has been pared down considerably, not necessarily for the best. Food was good, service was spotty, mistakes made on several items, but promptly corrected. However, it began to be that we were expecting additional mistakes. No matter how well intentioned, at some point, it became kind of ridiculous. Our waiter and busboy were overly attentive, to the point that we began to wish they would go away."

  • "We drive to Ocala from Sarasota 2-3 times a year just so that we can go to Cuvée. It has become one of our favorite destination spots. The vast wine tasting selections are fantastic and the dinners are always excellent. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. This place is a gem off the beaten path in a city where you would not expect to find a restaurant of this caliber. We have so many great restaurants in Sarasota, but have nothing like Cuvée. It is well worth the 100 mile + drive for a special evening out!"

We wanted a romantic and special meal since she will be going for surgery in a few days and lovely food will not be on the menu for quite some time. Every plate looked lovely, but the menu seemed to be a tad over ambitious for the chef. I would recommend to other foodies as it was a nice experience."

  • "We had a fantastic experience. It was our first time @Cuvee and our waiter walked us through the entire experience of selecting & sampling various wines and walked us around showing us where the various wines were located. Our food was excellent and we will be back for sure!"

  • "Went for my wife's birthday. Learned about the wine sampling and the wine card. Wonderful experience and opportunity to sample 1 ounce wines without having to depend on a label or sommelier to tell you about a wine. My wife had the Pescatore - a dish with lobster, shrimp and scallops. Usually served over risotto, she opted for linguini. Good thing she chose the smaller portion - she never would have finished the larger. I ordered a special for the evening - grilled jumbo shrimp and a pork chop. The shrimp was covered in a sauce of key lime, tequila and honey - excellent. We also shared the Stilton Salad - too large for 1 person to eat before the main course. Bananas Foster for dessert. Reasonable prices - definitely will return."

All presentation were good however in each case other then the meat all side dishes were just above room temperature. we were not happy since we brought another couple and explain how satisfied we have always been.   • "The food was great. Most fixed NYE menus that I have tried have been poor at most restaurants. However, Cuvee was great. My wife and I tried most of the fixed menu and enjoyed a great wine that was suggested by the server. The restaurant looks nice and they have wine coolers everywhere. We did not do a wine sampling but it was an option. I would recommend to a friend."

  • "Cuvee' is one of our favorite places in Ocala for a nice evening out, so decided to go on New Yrs Eve. Made res & but only time available was 9. Arrived at 9, but were told there would be a 30 m wait. Probably should have left at that point but decided to wait. They served the waitees a bruschette app which was delicious & things looked up, but unfortunately they went downhill. We were finally seated at a small table right next to the bar with the bartender as our waiter. Had Bison meatballs as an app which were fabulous. We had the braised duck & the grouper which were terrific. But, the overall noise, kitchen yelling, and double duty of our waiter/bartender did the night in. They obviously overbooked. We won't make that mistake again."

  • "I took my wife to Cuvee for our 5th anniversary. The service was exceptional; Ray was our Waitor. The food was prepared quickly, and accurately. Ray recommended a wine that my wife loved. She ordered tequila Lime Chicken and said it was delicious. I had the Pascatore and it was exceptional. I thought it would be loaded with pasta and sauce with a bit of meat. I was mistaken it was very generous with the lobster, shrimp, and scallops. I was very impressed with the laid back dining environment also. To finish the evening, Ray bought us desert, with a sparkler on top :) The prices were great as well; you get more than you would expect for what you pay. I am very impressed with Cuvee; I will recommend them to everyone. Thanks Cuvee ;)"

The menu is creative, the wine selection is varied, the food is well -prepared and presented. The restaurant, staff, food, and ambience are such that you would only find in big cities. It was a refreshing experience. We loved being able to taste test the wines. Our waiter, Dana, came well-recommended and he exceeded our expectations."

  • "My fiancé and I had another wonderful evening at Cuvee! We decided to share some small plates and what fun we had! We started with a deconstructed oysters Rockefeller light and crispy and oh so good. We followed that with some perfectly cooked scallops atop a pork belly that was very flavorful. We finished with the mussels... again, flavorful and perfectly prepared. Oh my. Of course we had some lovely wine to accompany our meal and Jesse, our server, was awesome as always. Thank you Cuvee for another wonderful experience. We look forward to the next one!"

  • "This restaurant is very good for intimate dining. They serve a large and small portion which is always appreciated by the ladies. We had the Pescatore which was a combination of seafood delicately served over pasta or risotto...outstanding flavor. The menu lists wine pairings which absolutely compliment your meal and using the wine card system lets you get 1, 2 or 4 oz. servings. The martinis are wonderful but on the smaller side, so sip slowly...$10 a pop. Over all a great find but not for the person looking for quantity or happy hour. This is a foodie's hot spot but you could easily drop $200 on dinner and drinks here for a couple."
