CUT Steakhouse offers a relaxed fine dining experience sure to please the most sophisticated of diners. Our menu's main attraction is the dry aged USDA prime beef, aged and butchered in-house by our own exacting specifications. Start your evening with a glass of award-winning wine or perhaps a… popular Steak Ale. From our menu, savour a dry-aged New York Striploin, delicious Porterhouse, Kobe rib-eye or local filet mignon, all cooked to your specifications. Finish off with an amazing sampling of fine cheeses, a specialty liqueur and a decadent dessert. Downstairs, The Grill at CUT features a fun and funky atmosphere, perfectly paired with a gourmet burger menu with your choice of sophisticated toppings and sides.
